GoogleThis isnβt simply a review of the purchase of a watch. This is a tribute to a thoroughly decent man.
For the last couple of years I have been skirmishing with cancer. I had a watch collection that, though consisting of good watches, was all over the place.
I approached Simon and it was the very best thing I could have done. I sold him a couple of watches and bought a couple from him.
However, the above is almost coincidental. I will remain indebted to Simon for aiding me in providing a distraction from dark times with his humour and decency in our transactions.
I recommend Regal Time wholeheartedly.

Wow what can I say Lindsay. Apart from the fact that our relationship has gone from an initial first watch dealing to now something I consider to be much more than that. I love our little chats that we have and the humour and banter that we share, you don't find that often these days. I can genuinely say that it has been an absolute please getting to know you and dealing with you and I hope you wear this new one in good health....and keep up the good work young man. Speak soon :-)

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Simon. Kept me up to date throughout the entire process. The item was exactly as described and excellent value for money. Simon even helped me after the purchase with another item not purchased through him and covered the cost. Iβm so grateful, highly recommend and I will certainly be using him again.

GoogleAfter confirming my appointment with Pritesh this morning I got to the viewing and was called to be told the keys had been taken by a contractor and asked if I want to view another property nearby. I was then passed to someone who said the property had actually been promised to someone else and was no longer available. Very unprofessional.

Dear Kieran,
We apologies for your experience. Unfortunately due to unprecedented demand for rental properties we often have many offers and have to cancel viewings. In this instance the property had already had an offer and in addition to this a contractor had the keys to the property to do urgent works.
I don't think this constitutes such a low review given that we do not control the lettings market.

GoogleFurther to some recent transactions taking place with Regal Estates, the service levels and experience received are to be applauded. From Ramesh P, Arun J to Pritesh V, they all play a part in the process, start to finish and execute with great precision. Always on hand to provide guidance and advise, whichever stages of the transactions taking place, and put simply, are a great team to work with.
