GoogleI have use 'Regal Estates' services to rent my house, they are excellent. Dilu is fantastic to work with. Recently my friend sold his house through 'Regal Estates'. Everyone knows buying and selling a home can be one of the most strenuous experiences in life, but I must say she made the entire process smooth and stress free for my friend. Her knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness is top-notch. I would highly recommend her and their entire team to anyone buying or selling a home in London. They exceeded our exceptions.

GoogleI came across regal time when looking for a vintage piece for myself and my dad, Regal time had a listing on chrono24 that looked good, A full set and a watch what looked in good original condition. I decided to take down the company name and got in contact with him direct via text message as I could see he was London based and felt more comfortable looking at a watch in person if it eventually got to that stage. Simon got back quick, But unfortunately that particular watch had gone that day, But he said he would be happy to help me find another vintage watch with papers and that I could then come and have a physical look at it, without feeling pressured to buy. Great !! This was exactly what I needed, As up to now I had spent thousands in ADs, Just to give me a chance of getting a new Rolex sports watch, only to be left on a waiting list for 5 years, it really was shit experience. I then decided to go it alone and find my own vintage Rolex, well being in a market that has more fakes than real Rolex's, With £1000 fakes so good that even dealers get tricked and the tags boxes, papers you name it are all counterfeited. Up against this, I found it hard to filter the good from the bad and the real from the fake, when I approached Simon I had purchased an explorer 2 2022 , But found out when I arrived home that the bezel had been removed, And under magnification dirt on the dial, This you do not expect on a watch of two years old of that kind of value still in guarantee, so I took it back and decided never to buy another expensive watch without the correct box papers. I decided to let Simon help me find a watch and after a few more messages I decided on a new 2024 sports sub. I had currently been on a waiting list from 2020 from Mapp & Webb waiting for this particular watch, Soul destroying to say the least. Within 24hrs Simon sourced me the watch and it was on my wrist, And honestly on that particular model I think it was the best price around, The whole experience was great and I would 100% recommend Regal time to anyone. when you start buying second hand expensive time pieces you need someone like Simon who will help you get what you are after backed up with all the paper work ect, without getting burnt along the way and ending up with a dud, And really this is what he does (the whole package). I walked away happy, And now he is helping my father find a mint vintage 14060m with full papers. Regal time will now be my go to from now on, and if you do read this Simon I just wanted to say a big thank you for getting me the SUB its perfect. ..

GoogleDealt with Nayan and Sunil. Experience was mixed, company was professional but at times inflexible when dealing with requests. Holding deposit was refunded as we took too long to make payment. Full payment of 1st month rent and deposit was required while property was still being refurbished, 4 days from initial viewing. Had property been completed this would have not been an issue, electrical certificate was still awaiting sign off and we had questions on the facilities as contract clearly states this is the responsibility of the tenant once contract signed. Just to bear in mind, contract is send after 1st month rent and deposit is completed if signing on with this estate agent. To confirm, my holding deposit was refunded no issues.

Hi Gi-Ho, Disappointed to see this review and rating. The property in question was a very in demand newly refurbished flat in a prime location. We had over 100 people interested and 7 offers within 24 hours of making the property live. Your offer was accepted, your referencing passed but your demands as a tenant were unreasonable. We also kept having to reiterate points several times. Our paperwork was clear as was our process. We let thousands of properties and represent our client, which is the Landlord. The landlord saw these unnecessary queries as red flags and did not want future issues with the tenancy and withdrew. Your deposit was refunded in full and the property has been re-let. Wishing you all the best in your future search.
