GoogleWe can’t express enough how grateful we are for these wonderful bunch of people. They helped us find our first home back in 2018, and now in 2022 helped us to sell and find our second home. From the valuation to completion, we couldn’t ask for anything more, nothing was too much for them. Andrew, Sarah and Rhys, thank you all so much for your helpfulness and kindness. GoogleDealt with Rhys Goodwin, for negotiations and eventual purchase of a property, through their Bedworth office. Rhys showed an ability to comprehend and express for both parties their clear views and acted in a most professional manner throughout. Contact was well managed and there was no delay in responding to issues that were raised between the parties involved. Admittedly our chain was limited to just the vendor and ourselves but we are very pleased with every aspect of the process that saw us buy the home we wanted from a vendor who has been a delight to deal with.

They were always there to answer my questions. Both of them went above and beyond to get me in, within 1 and a half weeks. GoogleReeds Rains have honestly been the only estate agents, whilst looking to purchase our first home, who have been so accommodating, so polite, so friendly and approachable and I could not have asked to deal with a more lovely team of people to purchase our first home! After speaking to many Estate Agents that sounded like they were not bothered in the slightest, this team were a breath of fresh air! A special mention to Sarah who showed us the property and helped us along the whole process, Karis who dealt with the sale/purchase and was always patient and extremely helpful, and Andrew who accommodated a second viewing. I would 100% recommend Reeds Rains for any purchase or sale and will be sticking with them in the future - I cannot thank you all enough.

GoogleFrom the time Phill came to give us a valuation until the sale was completed, Sarah and the team at Reeds Rains were superb. Due to a major land registry problem, the sale of our house took much longer than normal and we had several other technical issues to contend over the 8 month period. The advice and support from Sarah and the team was invaluable during this period for which we can't thank them enough. We would highly recommend Reeds Rains as they offered us that little bit of extra advice on several occasions when we really needed it. Thanks you all.

GoogleRhys and Sarah were nothing short of fantastic throughout our entire selling/purchasing process. From beginning to end they were there for us through every twist, turn and hurdle! We had a myriad of problems (nothing to do with Reeds Rains) during our process and they did everything in their power to get us over the line. It felt as though they were genuinely invested in helping us get our old property sold and new property bought. The communication was second to none - clear, concise and honest so we always knew where we were at. Rhys' professionalism is wonderful and Sarah's legal knowledge was invaluable throughout. We were unfortunate in that my first buyer pulled out, but Reeds were quick to get it back on the market, viewings booked in and resold within a week - amazing! Due to this, towards the end of our sale/purchase we were on a critical time limit as our mortgage was due to expire. Reeds Rains did everything they could to help us get it over the line before we lost out on our original mortgage offer inevitably savings us £1000s! I am blown away by the personable experience we received. Thank you so much!!!!!

Can not give 0 stars. Castleford branch reeds rain’s absolutely shocking. Paid a Fully managed service and house after letting was a disgrace and damaged. No help. Don’t reply to calls or emails. No respect for customers. No respect for property. I would not let them manage a Wendy house. Incompetent.

If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Rubbish rubbish company

Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. Not one issue has been resolved even though there is a health and safety risk. Total lack of care, response and communication from both the local and head office.Poor property management.
