I selected this agent because they are local, know the market well, and had great reviews. I was administering my dad’s estate and had his house to sell. I was very impressed with the service I received from Karis and Luke. They provided a good valuation and advice on how to have it ready to market. They were available for any advice I had about the process as I had some maintenance issues with the property to resolve. Their communication was fantastic with any viewings and feedback from these, taking charge of the viewings for me. Once a buyer was found they also helped negotiate a price and communicated with the conveyancing solicitors on my behalf. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Karis and Luke were so incredibly helpful during the entire experience. Both took the time to answer all of my emails promptly and to explain things to me as a first time buyer. I could tell that they were dedicated to me having the smoothest experience possible. Karis was always so incredibly positive and always gave me updates that my solicitor didn’t. Thank you so much!!

The owners Phil and Andrew are two of the nicest guys you can meet, they are incredibly down to earth and helpful. Karis has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish! We had a rocky start with bayzos & pulled out house off the market after 7 weeks. Our home was up with Karis for 3 days before it sold & made the process so easy. She gave us constant updates and her communication was brilliant, we never had to chase as we knew what was going on from the start. She made the process of selling and buying a new property so seamless, absolute credit to the company
