Could not be happier with the help and support from Sarah through what ended up to be a complicated house purchase. At all times Sarah responded to my calls and followed up on our concerns and helped us complete on our house purchase. I at times was very stressed but Sarah was always polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Also have to thank Darren for showing us the property when previous sale fell through. We are settling into life in Kenilworth and thank you Sarah and Darren for the part you played.

Claudia was a huge help to me during a challenging situation. She did not know me beforehand, but as soon as she became aware of the difficulties I was facing, she stepped in without hesitation and took the time to properly understand my situation. What really stood out was the effort she put in. She went above and beyond to help me find something better suited and kept me consistently informed throughout the process. At no point did I feel rushed or overlooked, which made a real difference given the circumstances. She was professional, approachable, and proactive throughout, but more importantly, she was genuinely committed to helping me get the right outcome. That level of care and initiative is rare. I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for an agent who will truly step up and put in the effort when it matters.

Absolutely cannot fault Reeds Rains Kenilworth, and I would highly recommend them. From start to finish, they were a great help and support - and really friendly and down to earth also. Particular thanks to Sarah for getting our sale over the line when it turned out to be complicated to say the least! We can’t thank you all enough!

Sarah (and, in her absence, Darren) at the Kenilworth branch of Reeds Raines handled the difficult and complicated sale of my mother's property with care, patience, experience and aplomb. We had lost a previous sale due to the time it took to work through the legal complexities but Sarah showed a great deal of tenacity, not to mention diplomacy and got the sale over the line. Above all, both she and Darren were pretty unflappable throughout, even when the parties on either side were anything but and I could not recommend Sarah and the team at this branch enough.

Your professionalism throughout the entire process has been outstanding, and it really made the experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Thankyou

I’ve had an amazing experience with Reeds Rains. Claudia has been absolutely brilliant helping me to rent a flat. She was not only professional but very kind and compassionate too. I really can’t thank you enough Claudia. I’ve also been shown around a property by Darren previously who was also very professional and kind. Anyone can learn to be professional but those other things come from inside and are much rarer. I hope your company realise what great employees they have. Thanks again.

We instructed Reeds Rains to market my sister’s bungalow for sale on behalf of the Executors after she passed away. From the outset and all through the process Andrew and the team have been wonderful and friendly but at the same time have always acted in an extremely professional manner. We live a four hour drive away and it is a worry when you have an empty property on your hands especially through the winter but Andrew was always willing to call into the bungalow when passing to check that everything was OK for us. Once a buyer was secured (for the second time) Karis took over the reins of getting the sale across the line and did a wonderful job for us, always acting in an extremely professional manner. She was always helpful and friendly. We must also give a mention to Sarah and Rhys who were also so helpful. Altogether the whole team did an amazing job for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I went for a viewing for a house in Leamington and encountered Claudia, her customer service is exceptional the best we ever had, you can tell she would go above and beyond for her customers from detailing, explanation, clarity, transparency and understands the needs of tenants. She is just the best fit for this role and we couldn't be more thankful. Muito Obrigado Claudia if you're reading this.

Reeds Rains recently sold our house and we can't recommend them enough. We were kept fully informed all the way and given feedback after each viewing. Due to unforeseen circumstances Karis took over the sale part way through the process but she was fully conversant with the stage we were at and the takeover went smoothly. Karis kept us fully informed and liaised between the buyer and solicitors when necessary. A big thank you to all involved.

I am 85 years of age and found the contact with my solicitor rather stressful as it was mainly on line access. Consequently I had to send information by post. Esther was my support person and I cannot praise her enough. Regularly she would fax my documents to the solicitor . She would also explain the selling/ buying process , keeping me updated on any of my queries. Thank you Esther for keeping me sane during a difficult process at my age.

I have recently purchased a house through Reeds Raine and this was completed in 10 weeks which is excellent service. I would like to thank Esther for all her help and support her customers service is exceptional dealing with difficult situations calmly to ensure I was left feeling reassured. I have never met Esther but she has definitely made a huge impact on our house move ensuring we were updated every step of the way. The young man who did our house showing was knowledgeable about the house and we were impressed with his knowledge and friendly nature. I have recommended a friend to sell her house through Reeds Raine.
