GoogleThe service you get starting off with the manager is outstanding. Jake was very understanding and supportive and explained the whole process. They really listen to what the customer needs. Then I was dealing w Claudia who was very patient and understanding and supported myself in every way she could, always explaining the next steps to me and making everything run extremely smoothly. She’s an outstanding asset to the company.

GoogleRude and unprofessional, I am renting a property through them I asked for a hard copy of my rental agreement and they just ignored me, I have told them I don't want to talk on the phone because of my severe anxiety but they constantly try to ring me up anyway, they don't seem to give a shit about their tenants they even lied to my landlord to make me look like the bad guy.

GoogleAs I was unaware of the Estate Agents in Kenilworth I chose Reeds Rains to do the valuation on my Mother's house as she had seen a property marketed by Reeds Rains and went to view it. Sadly this was not the property for her, but it did mean we were introduced to Susan Harrison and Jake Bhopal.Susan was pleasant courteous at all times and went out of her way to make the selling experience for me and my Mother very stress free and actually enjoyable! Communication at all times from both Susan, Jake and Megan was excellent. I have to also commend Jake who built the sale around my mother's wishes and did everything he could to ensure she was not bothered unnecessarily.In this day and age where Estate Agents are in a competitive market this is quite a skill. So thank you for a great selling experience and I will definitely be recommending you in the future to all my contacts in Kenilworth.

GoogleThis is the friendliest and most professional and helpful estate agency I have ever dealt with. James was extremely helpful when viewing the properties and very down to earth. When my offer had been accepted I went to see their resident Mortgage adviser, Jay Singh. I was completely sceptical having secured a mortgage elsewhere and came across as that as well! Jay remained positive throughout our discussion and did save me a significant amount of money every month on my mortgage. He has managed the whole finance process seamlessly. GoogleWithin five days of finding the rental property I wanted, we had negotiated, completed the online verification service and signed the contract. In my experience this is incredibly fast. What made the difference was James the agent and his manager Jake. Both went above and beyond to keep to their word. Especially James who even came in on a Sunday to ensure I had the keys to the flat. In my experience people buy from people and that is why I highly recommend Reeds Rains and I am already asking them to find my first home purchase!

There isn't a local branch in my area (Derby), so Natasha contacted me, she was very good at conversing with me over the phone and email ensuring I was always kept in the loop. This is my first remortgage and she made it all very easy for me to understand, she would even offer advice on externally related issues, all documents were prepared for me on arrival making the process run very smoothly. I have always found them professional, prompt and courteous and I never had to worry about anything as they had it all looked after. Wow she is knowledge, not just about selling property but bringing to life the potential the property could have. GoogleWe used RR to sell our home after trying to sell with another local agent. Jake secured multiple offers in a slow market and achieved a sale. Jake, Matt and James were always on hand despite being busy. The process was smooth and any issues were quickly resolved. My only recommendation would be to have a designated sales progresser or someone who is more office based as Jake is understandably, often out on valuations. Would definitely use again

GoogleHaving struggled to sell our property with another agent, we moved to Reeds Rains following a very positive meeting with Jake (Branch Manager). Jake and his team have a very positive outlook to the market place, and have proved to be extremely pro-active with regards to finding a buyer. We have seen a significant increase in viewing throughput in a short amount of time, which has resulted in securing a buyer in just 3 weeks. The level of communication from both Jake and Lee has been excellent, and have both been available for consultation when required. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

GoogleHighly Pro-Active Agent! We dealt with Jake Forster throughout the sale of our property. He made the process of selling our house as painless as it could be. He was great; we were given feedback on all viewings we had the next day along with an update on how things were going. We found him extremely knowledgeable and very much up-to-date on the market in general and I must say, negotiated on our behalf superbly.
