What a fabulous team. Phil was so easy to talk to, explained everything simply and easily. I also requested a property viewing at short notice and Luke arranged that for me. This viewing was invaluable to me thinking of next steps so thanks to the lovely guy who dashed back with the keys to show me around. We put an offer in on a house in July and predominantly dealt with Karis & Rhys. The whole process was very drawn out but at every stage both Karis & Rhys went above and beyond in supporting us. Ultimately we decided to pull out of the deal but even then the kind words from both went a long way. It was a real shame that all their hard work didn't materialise in a sale but I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone

I had a viewing that I’d confirmed the day of. I showed up on time to the house and after waiting 10 min called the agents. Only to be told that the viewing had been cancelled as of an hour and a half prior to my viewing. No one reached out to inform me they had been cancelled and I and my 18 month old were left waiting in the cold for a viewing that was no longer happening. Having driven all the way out to the house very unhappy with how it was handled and the lack of a courtesy call. With my daughter having additional needs it takes a lot of planning to get out the house smoothly so this was very inconvenient for me.I don’t think I’ll be viewing the property anymore after this experience.

We have sold our house with reeds reins Bedworth and have the team there have been fantastic throughout. Andy came to value the house at short notice and also got it listed at short notice too and showed us all the info we needed to see and offered advice prior to listing while also taking into consideration what we wanted for the sale. From there we dealt with Karis and Rhys who were both very informative from start to finish with scheduling viewings to chasing solicitors and buyers. We had a bit of a bad start with our original buyer where the buyer went quiet and pulled out for no reason with out any warning but thankfully Karis and Rhys had plans in place so we did not lose out. I’d recommend selling or buying through reeds reins Bedworth. As a side note I would also like to thank Sarah who actually works in the letting team because whenever I called to get an update of Karis or Rhys were out of office or on another call she always found out the update for me there and then or called me straight back when she could. So thank you Sarah too!

I would just like to share my experience with Reeds Rains Estate agents in Bedworth. From my initial viewing with Phil which I did ask a few query's that were promptly answered in the Vendors absence by Phil in a very timely and efficient manor . I then spoke to Rhys and made an offer on our Family's dream home. Rhys not only communicated very effectively with me but I really felt that he was looking after myself and the vendor to get the best possible result for both parties. Then I have to speak about Karis.What an employee you have always available and if on the phone will always call you back within minute's . Her care and customer service is very rare and to be honest I do not write many reviews but I have to say she was outstanding. Having been in retail and sales for over Forty years whatever you are paying these Guys is not enough. I am sure the company will continue to prosper With such great employees. Absolutely disgusted in this agency As we went to view a property with this agency made an offer on a property they wasn’t happy with the offer which was fine after they made an offer they was happy with we agreed on a price to learn that they decided to keep on the market get Greedy and take someone else offer so now we down a £1,000 not only that they told us they give us a call back to let us what was happening and they didn’t even have the decency to give us a call back to inform us we got an email off our solicitor wouldn’t trust this agency not only you could lose money wasting your time with this place they don’t even have the decency to contact you to tell you where you stand You won’t find it in my name as was my partners name it’s very recent this so I doubt you forgotten already you know exactly who I am
