GoogleWe recently have purchased a property from Reeds Rains Bedworth. The service we received was incredible from the whole team, no matter who we spoke to, we felt heard and understood as first time buyers. However, a special mention to Karis and Rhys who, we felt, went above and beyond for us in this purchase. We couldn’t recommend Reeds Rains highly enough for the service they provide and we would 100% be back, whether to purchase or sell in the future.

GoogleI would like to put on writing how pleased I was with all the team and in particular Karis, and Reece. Both of these individuals always returned calls and kept me up to date when selling a property as a result of probate. We had tried a previous agent before coming to Reeds Rains and lost valuable time that said when we did decide to move it to Reeds Rains it was placed on the market within 24 hours and we a huge upsurge in viewing numbers and multiple offers despite placing it on at the same price as the previous agent was advertising it at. It’s been a complex case but these staff members have been exceptional !!!

GoogleAwful experience.karis didn't help much. Went through a sale of a house that's was unregistered and wasnt told. The vendor refused to sign last minute.total waste of time and frustrating. Karis also said she will let future buyers aware it's unregistered and still on the market for sale. Trust is so hard to regain.

GoogleOutstanding service in all respects by a superb team led by Phil Jefferies helping us sell a house remotely. Rhys Goodwin did a terrific job introducing us to the company and getting our confidence that they were the right people to deal with. He also made great efforts getting the sale over the line at the end including personally clearing up some last minute issues at the property on exchange. Sarah Wisdom carefully managed several interactions with contractors to fix various issues at the site to help the sale go smoothly and making our job so much easier. Karis Dell made the sale on day 1 on the market and very skilfully negotiated a fair price for us with the buyers. What a great team. Big thanks to all.

GoogleI opted to sell my property with Reeds Rains Bedworth after initially meeting with Andrew Bailey. Andrew was very pleasant and professional from the onset. He was understanding towards my situation and listened to my thoughts / concerns. There was no sales pitch or hard selling, just good, honest advice and complete transparency. Once I had agreed the sales particulars, Andrew passed me on to his Colleagues, Karis Dell and Rhys Goodwin. Rhys and Karis definitely followed in Andrews footsteps. They kept me informed of progress at all times; viewings booked and feedback received following those viewings. This was via both email and telephone. They provided me with advice and guidance throughout the marketing phase based on their extensive knowledge of the sales market. They worked with me to ensure the property was sold in a timely manner and at a fair price. Once the property had sold, they continued to keep me informed on progress through to completion. In my opinion, both Karis and Rhys went above and beyond in their Customer Service offering. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If you are looking to sell your property, Reeds Rains Bedworth should be your first choice.

GoogleFrom the initial telephone contact, to our successful viewing, we have been very happy with the service we received from both Karis, and Rhys at Reeds Rains Bedworth Office, which continued throughout the sales process, they were more than happy to answer any of our many questions or queries regarding our purchase. Unfortunately, literally three or four days before our mutually agreed, by all parties, completion date, we discovered that one of the solicitors was not on the ball, and the completion date looked unachievable, but Karis and Rhys rose to the challenge and helped us cope with the stress, whilst also going above and beyond to coordinate between all the legal teams, to ensure that we were able to complete, and move on the agreed date. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use this fantastic local Estate agency, who relish the personal contact between themselves and their clients, especially over the increase in faceless internet based agencies that seem to be popping up everywhere, face to face is much more reassuring than emailing. A big thankyou to Karis and Rhys, keep doing exactly what you do, so well.

GoogleHaving had experience with a number of Estate agents over the years, I can only describe my experience with Reed Rains Bedworth as excellent. From the initial call booking in a viewing to completion, the service I received was second to none. The experience was solely down to Karis Dell at this office - it quickly became apparent to me that I was dealing with an extremely honest, polite and very professional individual who is at the top of her game. The communication I received from Karis was excellent, responding to every single call & email straightway. Where we experienced issues with the chain, Karis took it upon herself to resolve these issues promptly and went above and beyond - even taking it upon herself to complete jobs which were the responsibility of the other agents. I am sincerely grateful to the work and dedication Karis had seeing us through to completion. My experience using this Estate Agent was excellent and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them as your first port of call.
