GoogleI went to view a property which all went well at the beginning. I put an offer in a few days later and I was assured it had been put in. When I called back as I hadn’t heard anything, they said there was no record of my offer and said I spoke to a particular person. When reeds rains called back they said they didn’t know who I’d spoken to. Very poor and unprofessional.

GoogleI have just purchased my first flat and I have to say I couldn't dream about better estate agents. Very helpful and professional from day one. I was informed of every step and all my questions were answered very quickly with a lot of patience, l didn't have to chase anything. I would highly recommend it to everyone and especially first buyers as all team will make this process so much easier. Karis, who was looking after my case is not only very professional but also a lovely person who will help you on every step. I would be lost without her support. I also met Sarah, who called me straight away when keys were ready to collect and a nice gentleman who let me see the flat twice- these people are really nice and always there to help. GoogleHuge thanks to Karis, Sarah and Andrew- Karis for keeping us up to date/prompt communication throughout the purchase, Sarah for her bright cheery personality, it's always a joy to call the office and have her answer the phone. Nothing is too much trouble. Andrew for showing us around the house and for picking things up and chasing even when the office had to shut due to Covid!! I used to be an estate agent so my standards are stupidly high- however I was very impressed with the team and their professionalism. Thank you all!

GoogleKaris has gone above and beyond with all the help she has given us with the sale of our property and purchasing our new home. A very polite, professional lady who has a wealth of knowledge and who was always willing to listen and guide us when we needed it. Without Karis helping us we would have given up, (and very nearly did when the solicitors were hard to contact) Karis was able to explain to us every detail and stage of the process. We are now looking forward to moving into our forever home which would not have been possible without Karis. A pure gem of a lady with the patience of a saint listening to us whinging and being able to give us 100% reassurance and correct information. Our experience of using Reeds Rains is they are all a really professional team, we would definitely recommend them (and have done). Thank you also to Phil Jeffries who knew exactly what type of property we were looking for and found it for us.

Karis mainly looked after us during the process and she was excellent, I can't fault anything. Communication at every stage was excellent and really good advice when we weren't sure about something. GooglePhil initially came out and was very professional and very easy to talk to. We had a lot of questions as we have not moved in over 20 years and all questions were answered.Karis was a super star from the beginning to the very end and helped us with everything nothing was too much trouble. She was very professional and worked tirelessly to sort out all that needed doing. GoogleI do not usually do reviews as I am not very good at it BUT Karis was a lovely person to deal with regarding the sale of my property at a very upsetting time of my life, and I felt she was supporting me all through the process, keeping me upto date with how things were progressing. I would definately use Reeds Rains again if I had another house to sell and found all other staff that I dealt with to be very professional and helpful when talking to them.

GoogleA fantastic experience buying our first house with Reeds Rains. We have spoken to a couple of members of the team, including Paul who dealt with out initial appointment, and they were all professional and helpful. However, Karis has been in contact with us since we first called to view the property and she has gone above and beyond to help us in anyway she could. She was a major help as we had no idea what we were doing and we are extremely grateful - thank you for all you have done to get us into our first home.
