I'm very glad that I chose Reeds Rains for the sale of my house as they have been fantastic. All of the people involved have been excellent and I would certainly recommend them. Reeds Rains sold my late mothers house for me. Rhys Goodwin and Karis Dell, the sales team at the Bedworth office, were professional, knowledgeable, and always calm and understanding. Prepared to go the extra mile and always keeping me informed throughout the complex negotiations, chasing up tardy solicitors when necessary, and even taking final meter readings for me. Valued even more because I live some distance away. Selling a house is not something most of us do very often and when you do it pays to have experts to call upon. This is the team to have on your side.

Could not recommend the service at Reeds Reins Bedworth with Karis and Rhys enough. Highly professional friendly service , always delivering to their word returning calls emails and chasing. After a long process with other local estate agents for a year - they restored our faith in the housing market and couldn’t have helped anymore. Moved into a new property with reeds rains. Sarah was the one dealing with me and was fantastic the whole way through. Had a problem with the sinks and straight away Sarah was on hand to do everything she could to get it sorted for me taking into consideration I have a young child and it wasn't somethin that could be delayed. Within a couple of days the issue was sorted and the contractor they used Dean was also fantastic. I couldn't thank them enough for all the hard work in trying to get the issue resolved.

In December of last year, we found out that we needed to move with only 8 weeks notice from our current landlord as he was selling the property. We spoke to a lovely lady called Karis who went above and beyond to meet our needs and assist us. Reeds Rains have sold 2 properties for me in Nuneaton, the most recent one in June 2018. Often a stressful process, with Reeds Rains' consistent professional and helpful approach, my house sale was completed with minimum hassle. Estate agent Phil Jefferies gave knowledgeable and helpful advice, resulting in a swift sale of my house at an appreciable price, making the fee I paid worth every penny. Karis Griffith kept me up to speed throughout the whole process so I never had to chase up my solicitor or buyer. She was always one step ahead, ensuring everything was being done for a swift completion. All members of staff I had contact with at Reeds Rains mirrored Karis and Phil's friendly, courteous approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Over 3 years as a tenant who's property was managed by Reed Rains in Bedworth I couldn't recommend these guys any higher. Sarah Wisdom stayed close to all issues that I had (of which there weren't many) and has always dealt with me on a friendly but professional level. The scheduled property checks that were carried out by Matt were always done in a friendly and sensitive manner (it's obviously not the greatest experience having someone check up on what you're doing so this approach makes it much more bearable), great bunch of people!
