The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

It was a great experience dealing with Reeds Rains. I just landed in UK and I struggled a lot in finding a place as per my need, but special call out to Gurdit for his attitude and professionalism to make this deal for me. I dealt with Many agents before when I was here last time but Team Reeds Rains is best in every aspect be it responding to calls, emails and top class service. I'd intended to consider 2 or 3 agents but during Jack from Reeds Rains' visit decided just to go with them, though reconsider if they hadn't made the sale within the first few months. The valuation given was a little above what I'd been hoping for and I knew they had recently sold and had listed a could of similar properties to mine. They listed my property as 'stunning', which of course I was pleased with, and it must have worked. A couple of viewings followed shortly after, Maggie conducted the viewings and, no lie, there were two offers to buy, one at the asking price, and one above a few days later. I'd been at the viewings, I hadn't intended to be but one group arrived very early, and after discussing the offers with Justin the manager agreed that going with the higher offer seemed maybe not quite so credible and I think it was a good decision. The property sale duly completed 3 months later at just £5,000 under the initial offer. I've never sold another property as easy as this one was sold, if only it was always as easy this! My only complaint, there was an extra charge for premium photographs, but anyway this was waived after they listened to my arguments. 10 out of 10!

I’m in the process of trying to rent a flat through this company and the level of service hasn’t been great. The listing for a studio shows a 1-bed and gives a studio rent; the virtual tour is the same. I’ve asked repeatedly for an application form and they’re dragging their heels with providing this to me. I love the property and I want to move there as soon as I can but the way the company has acted so far is seriously making me want to look elsewhere. The attitudes of the letting negotiators and agents are also really poor considering I’m eligible, eager and highly interested.

Terrible customer service. Paid a Fully managed service. No help from local branch. No replies to emails and no return phone calls. Quick to offer services for additional costs but don’t provide the service actually already paid for. Avoid at all costs.Incompetent.

GoogleI cannot really put in to words how highly I rate my experience with Reeds Rains. From the outset when we first made the enquiry, we dealt primarily with Rhys, who showed complete professionalism from the first viewing, where unlike other previous viewings with other EA's, had researched every aspect of the property and was extremely knowledgeable. His support thereafter throughout the sale was faultless, and is a complete credit to the Company. However, as a company, it's important to note that this level of professionalism was noted throughout, with complete support, rapid and clear communication, and clearly a high level of organisation. Even when Rhys was not available, any other member of staff knew immediately who I was, the property in question, the stage at which we were at etc., and as such there was never a single delay, or point of frustration. There is genuinely not a single fault I can offer, and would recommend to anyone to utilise them for property dealings.

He was very talkative which made me feel very comfortable, very knowledgeable. Very happy with the service given from Rhys. We have put an offer in, fingers crossed all goes well.
