TrustpilotTo determine our home's value for sale
To determine our home's value for sale, I completed a Zoopla form that forwarded our information to several local estate agents for valuation. Reeds Rains Cheadle branch contacted me by phone and gathered personal details and property information during a seven-minute call. They scheduled an appointment a few days later. However, I received a subsequent call indicating they could only value the property if it was listed immediately. In summary, they collected all necessary information but failed to achieve the primary objective, resulting in a waste of time and unprofessional behaviour on their part.

TrustpilotBrilliantly dealt with
I had a quick turn around between viewing the property, signing all documents and collecting the keys. The agent I dealt with, Lucy, was great and made sure every promise she gave was kept. Also, the welcome pack I received was a nice little touch and made me feel like a valued customer

TrustpilotGood Estate Agents in Stockton!
Steve, Andrea & Jessica at Reed Rains' Stockton-on- Tees, were most helpful throughout all the months they acted for us in the sale of a property which was part of an Estate for which we were The Executors. Neither of us lived in that area & we had never even visited the property! At all times they were courteous, very efficient, understanding & supportive. I can recommend them most sincerely.Well done!!Malcolm
