Very professional and friendly and I especially liked the online portal where you can track the progress of the sale. Karis was incredibly helpful in chasing feedback from potential buyers in the pre offer phase to providing weekly updates in the post offer phase which was challenging, bearing in mind we had a 5 house chain. The back up provided by Sarah during Kasis's holiday period is also very worth of note. I would personally use again and would recommend without reservation

I've recently sold a property through Reeds Rains Estate Agent Catford branch, the estate agent I felt with was a lovely lady named Tara. Our sale had a lot of ups and downs and it took a little while for us to get to complete the sale. If it hadn't been Tara and her attention to detail, excellent communication, professionalism, and support during the sale my wife and I might have just pulled out. Tara and her work ethnic is the only reason we stayed and because of that we have now completed a sale on a second and third property. Should we ever need any help or just to ask a question Tara was always there and for that we are both extremely grateful for everything she did, truly she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we understood what was happening, but most of all, that we were happy. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains and Tara to friends and f family if they ever need to sell or purchase a property. BIG THANK YOU from me and my wife, great job.

GoogleRishi showed me around a house on Friday. He was welcoming and professional. He is new to the area and the job so wasn’t able to answer all my questions immediately, but he found the answers within 24 hours which I consider a good service. He also followed up with phone calls as promised.

Had a valuation from the Rothwell branch a complete joke as there was no similar houses to compare and it was meant to have dropped in value by 25k ! Had to chase up and call in the branch and still no further forward with an accurate valuation would not recommend

Reeds Rains at Guisborough are super efficient, friendly and kind. If they say they will do something you can totally rely on it being done. All their staff are great and so it is perhaps wrong to pick anyone out, but Cathy is extraordinarily efficient and very kind as well as having a charming manner and a realistic attitude to the complications that inevitably arise particularly with period houses.

If you’re looking to buy a house, do not go with this company, will happily show you around houses that are sold subject to contract without stating that before hand, cancel viewings at the last minute, know nothing about the houses you are viewing and just generally provide poor customer service.

GoogleCould not be happier with the help and support from Sarah through what ended up to be a complicated house purchase. At all times Sarah responded to my calls and followed up on our concerns and helped us complete on our house purchase. I at times was very stressed but Sarah was always polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Also have to thank Darren for showing us the property when previous sale fell through. We are settling into life in Kenilworth and thank you Sarah and Darren for the part you played.
