GoogleWe recently sold our house through Reeds Rains and we know we made the right choice. All the staff have been helpful and informative and Heidi Millard in particular exceeded our expectations of estate agency. Moving house can be a stressful time but when you have a dependable agent, it makes it that much easier. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Thank you for leaving my team a lovely 5 star review and especially feedback for Heidi it has made her day Regards Charlotte

GoogleFrom start to finish Reed Rains Clevedon, made moving house easy. from taking quality photos to setting the price and explaining why we should aim for that price, all of which gave me the confidence they were the right choice. Craig was on hand to offer regular updates and advice and ultimately achieved the best price for my property. I would happily recommend them to all my friends

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Reeds Rains Clevedon for their excellent customer service, professionalism and expert knowledge. They sold my house within a week of it being on the market and supported me through the whole sale. My estate agent, Caitlin was brilliant, always very helpful when I rang with queries and kept chasing everything up to get to completion. I would definitely use them again.
Thank you Nicole for taking the time to leave my team a review, I hope you have settled into your new home. Kind Regards Charlotte

GoogleBought a house a year ago. Nightmare throughout and messed about by sellers. On moving in house full of discarded furniture and we had to clear. Reeds Rains not interested.

GoogleIncredibly helpful like minded people. For a first time buyer they were very helpful for me. Adjusting their schedule at very short notice for me would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling to use these estate agents. 5/5:

GoogleI was unsure to sell or rent my property in a Portishead and I had a very relaxed informal meeting to discuss my options. Having made a decision to rent the whole process was undertaken by Rozzanna with viewings arranged resulting in a tenant within days! Very impressed.
Thank you Peter for your review, I am so glad we have found you a suitable tenant who will look after your property.

GoogleI have dealt with this firm over a period of many years now and can recommend them whole-heartedly whether you are selling or buying. I have found them to be very efficient, enthusiastic and friendly, always keeping the client's best interest in mind. I like to think that I have made some very good friends from Martin downwards. Thankyou RR for your un-diminished patience in bringing my difficult sale and purchase to a conclusion.

GoogleThis time last year I woke up to my very first day in my new flat. I had sold my old flat and bought this one through Reeds Rains and cannot thank you enough. I had dismissed it originally but Kieran gently encouraged me to give it another go and thank goodness he did. It was like Kieran (and Sarah at Embrace) had a magic eight ball! The whole team was very supportive through the legal and moving process making it that much less stressful.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe were buyers for a particular house through Reeds Rains, and although the process took much longer than we had hoped, this was out of the estate agent's hands and they kept us informed with any changes as we went along, and notified us quickly whenever there was anything we needed to do. As first time buyers this is particularly helpful, and response times were always fast. I would recommend Reeds Rains in Portishead.

TrustpilotNot worthy even of one star
Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.

TrustpilotWalderslade branch
I only whish I had red all the negative reviews about Reeds Rains before I enstructed them to sell my property. It now seems those reviews are all about Walderslade branch.I also whish that if they need to sell their own house they will go with their own agency and receive the same level of service and waste as much time and nerves as I did.
