Reeds manage two properties for me in this area and are always professional and cheerful - Previously had awful experiences with Woods (Countrywide ) and was tired of the whole BTL thing - spoke to Rozzana who is a breath of fresh air-enthusiastic and works hard to please everyone. When we first started looking for properties we came into the Reeds Rains office and Tina took all our details and got us to sit in front of Norman the mortgage adviser. He managed to get us a higher mortgage than we thought we could get, which was fantastic news. Honestly can't rate Reed Rains, their lettings team in particular, high enough! Charlotte and Kelly have been fabulous with helping me over the past year 14 months, answering any questions I have promptly and professionally. Especially in the beginning when I was in a difficult place and trying to find somewhere to live quickly. Always there when you need them and I love the new system of being able to log problems rather than having to ring in or email etc, saves lots of time for everyone.
