Heidi Millard was main contact in liasing between solicitors , I found her very polite patient and supportive and efficient in dealing with some of the issues that arose. She has a friendly personality and good local knowledge, essential skills for her job. I would also like to add Catlin who was always welcoming in showing me lots and lots of properties and remained patient and calm and informative again essential skills for the job. Marguerite Kane.

Great service at Reeds Rains. For years they have managed several of my properties and they do a thorough and excellent job. Whether its a tenant enquiry or a full on crisis, they are on to it immediately and it gets sorted. Regular house checks ensures that the property is well maintained. Highly recommended.

When we first started looking for properties we came into the Reeds Rains office and Tina took all our details and got us to sit in front of Norman the mortgage adviser. He managed to get us a higher mortgage than we thought we could get, which was fantastic news. We were able to look at properties and Tina was really proactive in finding us properties which we wer interested in. We are now settled into our lovely three bedroom home and couldn’t be happier. We would certainly not hesitate using Reeds Rains again.

My first time selling a house and Craig from the Clevedon branch came and valued my house. He made everything so easy with no hassle whatsoever and very approachable. During the sale Caitlin also from Clevedon took over the sale and my direct contact and again what a great job. Kept me up to date every few days and was always on the end of the phone for any queries. Highly recommend!!!

We recently sold our house through Reeds Rains and we know we made the right choice. All the staff have been helpful and informative and Heidi Millard in particular exceeded our expectations of estate agency. Moving house can be a stressful time but when you have a dependable agent, it makes it that much easier. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Bought a house a year ago. Nightmare throughout and messed about by sellers. On moving in house full of discarded furniture and we had to clear. Reeds Rains not interested.

Incredibly helpful like minded people. For a first time buyer they were very helpful for me. Adjusting their schedule at very short notice for me would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling to use these estate agents. 5/5:

I have dealt with this firm over a period of many years now and can recommend them whole-heartedly whether you are selling or buying. I have found them to be very efficient, enthusiastic and friendly, always keeping the client's best interest in mind. I like to think that I have made some very good friends from Martin downwards. Thankyou RR for your un-diminished patience in bringing my difficult sale and purchase to a conclusion.
