TrustpilotCheryl W - Hillsborough
Cheryl W at the Hillsborough branch has been amazing. I’ve asked so many questions about the property I’m moving into and she has had an answer for every single question. Amazing service, amazing lady. Was extremely stressful for me, but Cheryl has reduced this so much for me. Thank you so much.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Liverpool is a joke
Reeds Rains Liverpool is a joke, after a week speaking to them they rent the flat that was supposed to be for me to another person and this was after I handed my notice to my current landlord, an absolute joke of a company. The name of the person I spoke with was Olivia, very unprofessional and very arrogant, thank you for possibly leaving me homeless girl you have done an excellent job.
Hi Ernesto,I'm sorry you have not been pleased with the service you've received from Reeds Rains. Customer service is of paramount importance to us. As part of our processes for lettings, a holding deposit is required while necessary references are checked. We are sorry we were not able to help you secure a property on this occasion.Kind regards,Reeds Rains - Liverpool

Excellent Service from Reeds Rains Rhyl with a special thanks to Joe and Tom for their valuable support in keeping me fully informed at all times. Probably couldn't have picked a worse time to sell with all the Covid Restrictions but was very happy with the end result. Would certainly recommend Reeds Rains to family and friends.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Eccleshall Top Service for Letting
We had completion on the Friday, picked up the keys to our Apartment on the Saturday and on the Monday it was let. Louise was a great help through the whole process and Niccola Jane went above and beyond to help with some problems with the Council Tax and to assist me in my quest to challenge the Band rating of same Council Tax. Very impressive.

TrustpilotFriendly, professional service
From the social distanced valuation visit, at which a realistic valuation was given, through production of sellers pack and brochure to providing a closing meter reading, the service from Reed Rains in selling our property has been excellent. We were very well informed of the various sales options, including modern auction. The facility to drop off keys and documents at a partner agency near where we now live was much appreciated while trying to minimise travel. All along the way, the team kept us updated on progress and the sale went through very quickly and smoothly. Many thanks to Gem, Lucy, Lauren and colleagues at Reeds Rains Durham for their very professional and friendly service.

TrustpilotMyself and my husband a viewed a property…
Myself and my husband viewed a property through Reeds Rein last week. I wanted to pass on how great our experience was with Louise who did our viewing. Louise was professional, but friendly, honest and knowledgeable, and did not rush us through the viewing. We have viewed houses previously and I honestly can say Louise was one of the best we have dealt with. She is a credit to your team. We have made our decision about the house, and how we would like to proceed. I know Louise is going to be in touch soon, so will look forward to speaking with her.
Hi Emma - Thank you for your kind review, if you can let me know which branch you had dealings with I will pass on your review to Louise. We are always trying to improve our services and take any and all feedback very seriously. Could you tell us what we needed to do to get the full 5 stars?Kind regards,Reeds Rains

TrustpilotHappy Landlord
I spoke to Reeds Rains after having my property on the market with 2 other agents for 7 weeks and no luck. Elliot gave me an up to date valuation and went on to let my property within a week. Whilst they are more expensive than the other agents, there is a reason why. I've actually ended up saving more money by paying a premium for a top estate agent and letting the property straight away rather than having it sitting there empty for months on end. Can't recommend them enough.

TrustpilotOutstanding
From start to finish, Reeds Rains Carrrickfergus provided a service that exceeded all my expectations despite the current COVID-19 restrictions and the challenges facing us during this pandemic.Their communication was timely and clear throughout, keeping everything on track as far as both selling my property and purchasing my new home (luckily, and thankfully they were the agent for both my sale and purchase). I thank and commend Lynsey, Chris, Karen and Lisa. I found them professional, dedicated and committed to me as a client - nothing was ever too much trouble and I was always made to feel as if I was the most important client. Without a doubt they are best estate agent I have ever dealt with, going above and beyond (which just seems to be the norm for them). I would highly recommend them , and if you are thinking of selling or purchasing then look no further.
