GoogleWe couldn’t have asked for a better service. From the outset the whole team have been helpful, efficient and professional. We were especially impressed with the ‘sneak peek’ on Facebook - the photographs were absolutely lovely. There’s still a way to go, but we’re confident that if the next stage of our sale process is as seamless as the first, which I don’t doubt it will be, our only concern will be finding a removal company! GoogleExcellent communication and extremely helpful and cheerful staff who will do all in their compass to assist the customer. Two of the staff deserve special mention. Firstly, Heidi who was mainly responsible for the successful completion of our purchase. She kept us more informed about the various issues that we experienced than anybody else, the anybody else include our solicitor, the other solicitors involved and anyone else who figured in the process. She was brilliant in her communication, her chasing the other solicitors and she made my wife and I very delighted that she was on our side. The second person was Matt who was totally responsive to any request or quer put to him. The rest of the staff that we had contact with were excellent at getting the right people to contact us ASAP. This company goes the extra mile for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who reads this and have recommended them to family and friends.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Awful company, quite that simple.On moving in to the property with my family they told me all fixtures and fittings worked correctly but this was not true. The main issue was the shower which it took 3 months for them to fix but still expected full rent? JokeHalf way through my tenancy a new agent took over who then began lying to the landlord about me and my family and accusing us of damaging the property. This was all pre existing and was in their own inventory pictures from before I moved in. LiarsThis agent was determined to get my family including 2 young children thrown out of this house for absolutely no reason, it was an entirely deceptive, dishonest and the most evil thing I have ever seen from an agent and they are a disgrace to the company.I raised a complaint about this but obviously nothing was done and the "agent" I have been stuck dealing with will no doubt be delighted that she ruined someone's life and split up a family for her own entertainment.I hope she has to suffer the way she made us suffer.Edit: I requested to speak to the landlord directly about this problem but they refused to provide any contact details for the landlord which they are not permitted to do.

Excellent when you are looking to rent a property that they are representing as agents, but awful when you vacate.No responses to any emails and they hold onto your deposit long after the landlord has agreed to release it. Covid is their excuse not their real reason.It seems they are just playing for time.Eager to get your deposit upfront but not so keen to return it.Extremely unprofessional and very frustrating.Perhaps they need to employ more staff to be able to offer the level of service required.

We recently purchased an apartment in Eccles, via Reeds Rains, Salford Quays. For various reasons (nothing to do with Reeds Rains), the purchase took over 9 months to complete. Throughout this time Laura was extremely helpful, both in enabling us to visit the property on several occasions, and also in chasing up the seller, when it seemed that both sets of solicitors were just letting things slip. Without her help, I can't help thinking the process would have taken more than 9 months.

Reeds Rains Manchester City Center - I have had the worst experience this past month for a letting in Manchester. We were interested in an early offer for an apartment in Manchester, which our friends currently lived in. Sid's tone was extremely rude at all instances I have interacted with him, and he was uninterested to help us at all. We have been lead on for a month, and he was always coming back with news that was never in our favour. As an agent interacting with a potential customer, I would expect proactiveness, which I did not receive at all from Sid. I am extremely disappointed in this entire experience, and felt offended the way he spoke to me.
Firstly I am sorry you’ve needed to leave this review. I’ve spoken to Sid about this incident and he was keen to apologise if he came across as rude in any way as this wasn’t his intention at any stage. I understand you made an offer on a property that your friends will be vacating shortly, however the landlord decided he felt he could achieve a higher rent than the amount you have offered and therefore he declined your offer after careful consideration. I appreciate it can be frustrating when an offer is not accepted but ultimately it is the landlords decision whether to accept an offer and not ours as the agent.
