Highly recommend.We used Reeds Rains in Crossgates and the service was 100% throughout.Sarah who valued the 2 properties we were selling was professional, passionate and very knowledgable. She told us one property would end in sealed bids and exceed the valuation, it did.The Ladies in the Crossgates office were very polite and helpful. They kept us informed every step of the way and chased Solicitor’s etc up when we asked.I would not use anyone else in Crossgates

This company have illegally retained money that does not belong to them, they are unproessional and untrained, with holding deposits and rent payments to landlords. I have had to contact them persistantly to be told to google what is required to return a deceased deposit as they are not sure, to be told it hasnt been picked up because a member of staff was on holiday for 2 weeks, so noone picks up other staffs work, to be told over 3 weeks ago they now have all they require and still no return of funds. Do not use this company they take 2 weeks to pay landlord rents even though they already have the funds, they have broken the law by not returning the funds in the required time frame even though the landlord has requsted this to be done, we have now instructed a solicitor as this is effecting a grieving family who need to close a deceased estate

Shocking customer service! Do not use Reeds Rains full stop! After care is appauling, I am 6 months into a complaint & have to remind them to reply & investigate a reasonable request. Passed from pillar to post, no-one is interested in helping just keen to take your money. Do not use these cowboys!I did send you all my information & have waited for a response.....but nothing at all! I've also emailed the initial moving out team & end of tenancy team over 10 times....Nothing!! SO SO BAD!

The team in Rhyl were amazing. As first time buyers we didn’t have a clue on the processes and Derry explained everything and kept us up to date during the purchasing process. Reeds Rains re-listed the property that we were purchasing without telling us because they 'assumed we were withdrawing' after our vendors pulled out of their onward purchase. We had already instructed solicitors and incurred legal fees by this point. We phoned Reeds Rains to challenge why this had happened as we were in total shock. The agent we spoke to got very defensive and hung up on us. We have been left completely in the dark although we can see that the property we were due to complete on at the end of this month is still listed on Rightmove and their website. I would be very, very cautious if you are considering buying a property through this agency.
