Steve, Andrea & Jessica at Reed Rains' Stockton-on- Tees, were most helpful throughout all the months they acted for us in the sale of a property which was part of an Estate for which we were The Executors. Neither of us lived in that area & we had never even visited the property! At all times they were courteous, very efficient, understanding & supportive. Great local knowledge and the staff really listen to what you say. I had 3 viewings and 2 offers ( one accepted) in 4 days so Reeds Rains obviously do their homework in marketing properties to the right people. Highly recommended.

The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

I just landed in UK and I struggled a lot in finding a place as per my need, but special call out to Gurdit for his attitude and professionalism to make this deal for me. I dealt with Many agents before when I was here last time but Team Reeds Rains is best in every aspect be it responding to calls, emails and top class service. I'd intended to consider 2 or 3 agents but during Jack from Reeds Rains' visit decided just to go with them, though reconsider if they hadn't made the sale within the first few months. The valuation given was a little above what I'd been hoping for and I knew they had recently sold and had listed a could of similar properties to mine. They listed my property as 'stunning', which of course I was pleased with, and it must have worked. A couple of viewings followed shortly after, Maggie conducted the viewings and, no lie, there were two offers to buy, one at the asking price, and one above a few days later. I'd been at the viewings, I hadn't intended to be but one group arrived very early, and after discussing the offers with Justin the manager agreed that going with the higher offer seemed maybe not quite so credible and I think it was a good decision. The property sale duly completed 3 months later at just £5,000 under the initial offer. I've never sold another property as easy as this one was sold, if only it was always as easy this! My only complaint, there was an extra charge for premium photographs, but anyway this was waived after they listened to my arguments. 10 out of 10!

I’m in the process of trying to rent a flat through this company and the level of service hasn’t been great. The listing for a studio shows a 1-bed and gives a studio rent; the virtual tour is the same. I’ve asked repeatedly for an application form and they’re dragging their heels with providing this to me. I love the property and I want to move there as soon as I can but the way the company has acted so far is seriously making me want to look elsewhere. The attitudes of the letting negotiators and agents are also really poor considering I’m eligible, eager and highly interested.

Terrible customer service. Paid a Fully managed service. No help from local branch. No replies to emails and no return phone calls. Quick to offer services for additional costs but don’t provide the service actually already paid for. Avoid at all costs.Incompetent.

Can not give 0 stars. Castleford branch reeds rain’s absolutely shocking. Paid a Fully managed service and house after letting was a disgrace and damaged. No help. Don’t reply to calls or emails. No respect for customers. No respect for property. I would not let them manage a Wendy house. Incompetent.

If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Rubbish rubbish company
