Very professional, I have dealt with Alison Goodison from the Chapeltown branch and Josh Walker from the Hillsborough branch, they have listened to what I need and advised me accordingly, and have let my property within days! I am very impressed, they also followed up with other services they offer, and rang back to ensure I was satisfied and have kept me informed every step of the way, great service, I have read some of the negative reviews on trust pilot but have not experienced this myself, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others

DO NOT USE!All the 5 star ratings on here are asked for (quite heavily) by the sales agent as soon as you sign!I was emotional blackmailed by Adam (Roterham) to leave 5 star feedback. He said that if I did his team would get extra incentives, prizes and counted on the bonus to earn a good living!I told him, I would need to experience the service first as I'd just signed that day and he didn't take to kindly to that making me feel like I was robbing his team of moneyI just spent hundreds of pounds to end my contract with them.They are unprofessional, never reply to emails. I arranged a boiler service through them, it failed and they did not tell me, leaving my tenants without heat / hot water for weeks.My tenant says when they do the house inspection they are there just 5 minutes and do not even go upstairs!I had to copy the CEO in emails just to get a reply!Adam and Melissa from Rotherham branch are useless, Adam openly made back remarks about the competition instead of selling the good points about Reeds Rains (although know I realise its because there isn't any good points so its easier to bad mouth others)Have to send 10+ emails and escalate just to get a simple reply.You spend good money for zero service.Worst company I have ever dealt with - honestly!Didn't ask for much just to check the house, service the boiler every year and be kept up to date with any issues. - No chance! Had to go through to ombudsman as they breached their contract with me so many times and don't reply. Too frustrating, do you self a favour and save so much energy - go with someone else!HORRENDOUS!

Blackpool branch ... Appalling service for landlords, constantly ripping you off and unable to manage properties! I would not recommend Reeds Rains to anyone. Can’t do routine visits, source quotes and ensure maintenance work is completed. Inform tenants that the delays are due to the landlord, yet the landlord is still waiting to understand the issue and achieve professional quotes.Rip you off for basic contract updates and maintenance quotes have % added, fees far higher than other agents, but they lock you in with high exit fees.

A TOTAL SHAMBLES.Would award 0 stars if I could.Handed the keys back to our property 2 weeks ago today, the inspection (which cost £120) took place 2 days later. The inspection showed each room in the house to be in "good condition" "good domestic clean" and "no maintenance required".Superb, the deposit should be sent back within a few days I thought, as has been the case with all other estate agents I have used previously.Not this time though. Despite the report showing the house to be clean, I was informed a week later that the landlord was looking to deduct some cleaning charges which came as a huge surprise given the reports of the inspection and also our own photos which we took before leaving, showing the property to be in great condition. Over 30 calls/e-mails ignored, and still now 14 days later the hopeless staff in the Reeds Rains call centre are unable to advise an amount that the landlord is looking to deduct. This company is great when setting up and taking your money but beyond a joke when it comes to giving your deposit back. Staff in the branch not interested in helping, instead palming you off to the call centre who are totally uninterested and quite frankly, totally useless.Avoid at all costs - an utter shambles who are only interested in taking your money.Unsurprisingly when I shared my experience on social media, there were several more comments from people who had also been ripped off when trying to claim their deposit back.Bigger con artists you will struggle to find.

FacebookWe had a viewing in a house on Monday in Portishead . The agent we had was. Kieran he was so helpful . Very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel rushed to look around the property . If I could give 0 stars I would.Absolutely appalling company. I will never recommend them to anyone, in fact I advised my friends against renting or purchasing a property with them to the point that their “dream house” is now in the process of been purchased through a much better company. The communication in Reeds Rains is laughable, their lack of communication is really what annoys me. I was renting a property, due to circumstances out of my control I had to leave the property. The terminations team for Reeds Rains. SHOCKINGLY BAD. It’s over 2 months later and I’m still waiting for my deposit back. I was told it would take 10 days. I’m constantly chasing them for the return of my deposit, email after email. Call after call. Nothing. I hear nothing from them majority of the time. The repairs I asked for were still not done by the time I left the property. They are horrific company. I’ve never had a worse service. I might be young but I know my rights as a tenant, a humans and the way they treat me was not right. I’m disgusted. They’ve caused damaged to my mental health, the stress this whole situation has caused me is endless. At one point it cause me to have fear that I could lose my job due to it causing me so many issues. Reeds Rains, if I could I’d stop you trading. No one deserves to be put through what I have nor should someone have to deal with a business like you.

GoogleCharlie at the Clevedon branch went above and beyond to help us get our dream property. He really listened to what we wanted as clients and matched us to the perfect place. He called us everyday to inform us of where we were in the application process. All of the staff have been very polite and helpful and always offered us help. I have never met an estate agents as helpful and as friendly!

GoogleCaitlin at Reeds Rains Estate Agents worked relentlessly along with Craig to get the sale for my elderly parents house in Clevedon. They then battled to get it through to exchange and completion with a difficult chain with success. Line of Communication was excellent with regular updates at the end of each day as to the state of play. Our queries were responded to very promptly. Very satisfactory experience, you will be in very good hands as the whole team at the Clevedon branch works very well together.

We have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mark Templar's estate agent recently which was the worst experience we have ever had, please avoid. GoogleMy wife and I originally put our house on the market with a different agency, having been oversold on the price we would get. After six months of not much at all, we switched to Reeds Rains and had an interested buyer within a month or so! Reeds Rains also assisted us in finding our new home and kept the chain moving along. We were very happy with the advertising materials, the communication and the service provided by Craig and his team.

TrustpilotComplete waste of time, application process is unfair!
Wanted to rent a property at the Burnley branch. Was told by a member of staff to get down to the office after viewing and put in my application. Completed all my application on my side and paid a holding deposit, recieved a reciept. However, having not heard from the branch at all for roughly a week.. I had to chase this branch down to see where my process was up to, to be told that the landlord has decided to go with someone they know personally and that 'this happens all the time and that they had to let down 3 other people as well as me.' I know this isn't true because you only take one holding deposit per property as the application goes through for refrencing! I made a complaint through the branch and I feel like they did not even care at all!!!! The manager told me that they simply go with the landlords decision.. so their application process is not really fair at all! Complete waste of my time if the landlords end up picking and choosing their own tenants! Whats the point of the application process?! I understand that as a branch they must comply with the landlords wishes, however they also have a duty of care to potential customers that decide to use their estate agency!! Total waste of time!! Unprofessional and would never use this estate agency again and would not recommend!!

Just finished renting a property in widnes. Accesser came out and rated cleanliness of house good, which was rating when we took property over. They now trying to charge us for full carpet clean of house. These are the worst I've ever come across in all my years of renting. Also had report for 5 days before they released it as you only have 9 days to put a compliant in.they are the biggest crooks when it comes to trying to get your deposit back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
