GoogleEfficient service from booking viewing to same day attendance. Felt slightly pressured by condensed viewing format and rooms were smaller than they appeared in photos.

GoogleOn Saturday we went to view a house, Malcolm gave us a tour of the property and was very helpful with questions we wanted answering,. Malcolm was at the property ready to meet us and showed us around and then let us go back to bits we wanted to go back and check on thanks.

Almost impossible to communicate with them. Told them I can't meet till after 5 next email I get is can you do between 3 and 4. Last I checked that was before 5. Constantly no communication from them. After asking them to email as opposed to call me multiple times they still ring me repeatedly during the day which I can't answer as I'm at work. Avoid at all costs they just do not listen.

We are doing everything we can to support your individual situation and facilitate viewings as requested as far as possible while the vendors, in this case, are carrying out the viewings. Due to both parties' work commitments this has been challenging to arrange in the short time frame provided. We have offered to do the viewings out of hours but have been given no access to a key. We have arranged a video tour of the property and offered for the key to be collected at the weekend. We believe we could not have done anymore to accommodate both parties' requests. GoogleVery.poor Not only did they generate NO viewings after all the usual promises...in all the time it was marketed with them I didnt recieve ANY phone calls or emails to advice of any interest or marketing strategy VERY DISAPPOINTING
