Katie Ryalls was the estate agent who helped me secure the house we wanted. Communication was always clear and as a first time buyer it can be a bit confusing but Katie suggested both the morgage advisor Alex who was very good and also the solicitor. It has been very simple and all moved so quickly. She was there to answer any questions and kept me up to date without even needing to request it. Thank you Katie

After we failed to sell our property through another agent we decided to try Redbrik as they seemed to have a more dynamic and proactive approach to selling property. We are so glad that we did! Throughout the long and difficult process of selling in Chesterfield and buying in another area, Liz and Lisa were very professional. They kept us informed with frequent phone calls and feedback from viewings, always sounding so positive and assuring us that things would work out all right in the end. They kept us going when things were really tough and offered a lot of helpful advice. We felt they really cared about us as people, not just about selling our property. We can't thank them enough for the successful sale of our house and would highly recommend Redbrik to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Throughout my house sale, Katie, my Sales Managerer at Redbrik Chesterfield has been great. She's kept in touch and offered her advice. She's been innovative and responsive to my requests and suggestions. She made me feel as though I was her only client!!! I've been quite anxious throughout the sale as I was taking a major step on my own. Katie has reassured me and has always explained things thoroughly. Thanks Katie for all your help. I do also want to mention the fact that Redbrik staff have attended all the viewings so I didnt have to. It's been Joanna and Carmel in the main. Their personal input and continued care in their role has been excellent. The staff in the office have always been helpful too, answering my questions and passing on my messages etc.. To conclude I feel I certainly made the right decision when I chose to sell my home through Redbrik, Chesterfield.

Ben and Jessica were great at keeping the purchase moving, and we really appreciated how on the ball they were. The sales progressor was a bit harder to rely on, updates were patchy, and then they suddenly reappeared right at the end. We also found out the searches we’d been promised through Secure-Move (paid around £600) weren’t up to date, so our solicitor had to do extra checks and chasing. Still, credit to Ben and Jessica for doing what they could to keep things steady.

I don’t think there are enough positive words for this but here goes… The sale of my property was set to be a rollercoaster due to the nature of the situation and foam loft insulation (nightmarish stuff!) but I couldn’t have wished for a better team supporting me throughout. Lisa and the team have been far far more than Estate Agents- they have literally been a shoulder to cry on, a source of strength and the team to put a smile back on my face. It’s been incredibly emotional and to complete, thanks to this amazing team, has literally been life changing for me. I am writing this review with regret and a heavy heart. Redbrik marketed my house for me and the buyer pulled out 2 weeks to completion. This put me in a difficult situation and I had to accept a part-exchange deal at a lower price. Redbrik now insisted that I must pay £600(in addition to the initial deposit that we paid) as a withdrawal fee with no empathy about my situation. Clauses were inserted in the contract to rob people even when things go wrong no matter whose fault. Redbrik policy needs to be audited because I was not willing to withdraw but everything would go wrong if we didn't accept a part-exchange. Preying on people’s difficulties is nothing short of evil. I am going to be warning everyone I know about Redbrik and will not touch Redbrik even with a long stick ever again. Its so sad that we don't have 0 star.

Ollie recently showed me around a property, and despite finishing his last viewing for the day he agreed to squeeze me in. He took the time to walk me through every part of the property, didn't make me feel rushed in any way and happily answered every question I had. A really positive experience and felt I had to go out of my way to show some appreciation.
