We went to look at this beautiful property as soon as it came on the market, Sam, showed us around and was very knowledgeable of the house and its' surrounding area. We made an offer on the property and Sam was so helpful and contacted us to let us know what was going on all the way through the process. When our offer was accepted we were absolutely thrilled. With out a doubt Sam will have a very successful career as an estate agent. 6 star review from us (if that was possible.!!!)

Amazing Amazing! We have just finished the process of selling - and moving - my 86 year old mother. From professional valuation - not hyperactive sales person - who actually looked at the outside space not just the number of bedrooms, to the photographer and brochure the start was brilliant. But it’s what came next that has blown me away. Lorraine and Claire you are special people. Yes, you have a job to do but you cared! You understood she was old and she’d been there 52 years. After being told by two independent mortgage advisors that it would be difficult for me to get a not due to my zero hours contract, I approached a specialist online broker and they found me a lender. However, the rates of this mortgage were nearly 8%. After speaking briefly with Jess, she assured me that she would be able to get me a mortgage with much lower rates. My partner and I are in the process of buying our first home through Redbrik and honestly we could not have asked for a better estate agent than Sophie. When we viewed the property, she knew so much about the house and had all the answers to the questions I had about the property. She was very quick to follow up with more information I had requested about the property, and throughout the buying process she has been so professional and responsive, giving us updates with where we were with the buying process and the current owners' buying process, as we were in a chain. She also gave us the contact of a surveyor for the house, and was liaising with our mortgage broker (Kelly from Connect Financial Solutions, who works with Redbrik) so communication throughout was fantastic. We recently completed a purchase on a property that was under Park & Bailey and I'm sure the team will agree it wasn't an easy journey! We weren't actually Park & Bailey's direct clients but we were so impressed by everyone, particularly Sam Bushell who was amazingly professional throughout the entire process from us viewing the property to the actual completion day. Sam isn't your average sales consultant, he was always transparent with us, told us how it was and was always responsive to our requests. The owner we purchased the property from was somewhat difficult to say the least, but Sam dealt with it very well. There were times when we couldn't get a hold of Sam (when he was busy with other appointments) but the rest of the team were just as brilliant (Dean and June). The level of service we received from Park & Bailey Warlingham was absolutely amazing. Our sale was anything but straightforward but Dean and the team guided us through the sale and provided clear, honest advice. The marketing of the property was quick and painless and the whole sales team worked together. However, the aftersales is where they really demonstrated their quality. June in the Progression team was always available and in constant contact to guide us through huge obstacles and last minute issues.
