Having just sold my house with Redbrik the only review I can write is a positive one. The 5-star service we received all the way from initial valuation through to the sale of our property was second to none. All too often, previously, I would have to continually chase answers, never have my calls returned and generally feel frustrated with the property sale process. This was not the case with Redbrik. The communication and support we received was excellent, the marketing package was superb and showcased our property very well, the online portal kept us fully informed of progress being made, finally, the fees quoted were also very competitive. A special mention must go to Kathryn and Claire who managed the sale process exceptionally well. I will have no hesitation in using Redbrik for any future property transaction I will be involved with.

seeing the other reviews and although a bit late I had similar experience last year when I went to enquire about renting space for a restaurant. Not the most friendly chat when we gave them details of what we were looking for but anyway they said they would get back to us with a follow up. That was it, never heard again. I hope it had nothing to do with my Asian wife present with me !! Im putting 1 * as you cannot put zero

Our agent, Claire, was friendly, personable, and helpful. She gave us excellent advice about how to sell our home. We went with the top tier service, and the viewings quickly filled up the available slots. Claire showed our home each time and was communicative and responsive about the viewings and feedback. We received plenty of offers and agreed on a deal within a couple of weeks of going live, all at a schedule that suited us. Once we agreed a sale, Claire continued to follow everything up and helped things go smoothly right up to completion. Claire really knows her stuff and loves her job, and the service we received was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again.

I’ve been really impressed with Park and Bailey throughout the whole process, from the valuation right through to completion of the property I was selling. They were knowledgeable, professional, realistic about the price of the property and most importantly I felt they were trustworthy, something I find really refreshing given my dealings with other agents. I can’t recommend Redbrik enough they really know there stuff when it comes to selling houses, there were many of times I would communicate with Hannah our valuer on email out of hours, Emily the sales manager was a great help too dealing with any requests promptly. We moved our property over to them after having it with a local small independent estate agent for several weeks with no luck. Feeling the property just needed to be marketed better Redbrik came up trumps on that the photos were great, sponsored adverts the works which led to an offer within a couple of weeks. I can’t recommend them enough thanks for all your help ladies

Only felt able to leave this response after some time had elapsed. I would never work with this particular office again. They target you with friendly patter and over price your property so much so that you discard all other agents' prices because you believe them when they say they can achieve this figure for you. Well it's all poppycock!! This is merely a tatic to lure you in. For many months we had less than a handful of viewings with little to no contact from Park & Bailey. When questioned that perhaps we should lower the price, my initial thought was this is the price they recommended!! After a long period of time we sort another agent who not only was they able to sell our home, they found our dream home all within the space of a few weeks. They did exactly what they promised. I do not know about other establishments of Park and Bailey but this particular office needs to buck up their ideas. I don't wish to say that their persona isn't nice, they seem friendly, it's their work ethic that needs a stern kick up the backside.
