I recently purchased my new home through Redbrik. My experience of dealing with Matt, Joanna and the team has been a real pleasure. From viewing the property with Joanna, putting in an offer, through to completion, every member of staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. My house purchase completed in such a short time, which I'm sure in part was because the searches had already been done and also the excellent communication skills from the staff at Redbrik. I honestly can't recommend Redbrik highly enough. From the very beginning through to getting the keys to my first home, the service I received was exceptional. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Matt made the entire experience smooth, straightforward and genuinely enjoyable. A huge thank you to Matt, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond at every stage, always making time to answer my questions, keeping me regularly updated and explaining everything in a way that gave me complete confidence. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and his patience, professionalism and genuine care made such a difference. What stood out most was how supported I felt. Matt took so much of the stress away by staying on top of everything and making sure I always knew what was happening next. As a first-time buyer, that reassurance was invaluable and I always felt like I was in safe hands. After selling our property in 2 days flat, my first experience of buying and selling a house got off to an amazing start! Unfortunately it didn't stay that way but that was not Redbrik's fault! Due to my husband having Alzheimers, I was on my own with all the paperwork and everything else that goes with house sales. From Hannah to start me off, Holly took over and I have to say that Holly was there for me through the thick and thin, the tears and the laughter of the eight months it took to finally complete the sale. Redbrik we're all very helpful and supportive throughout my long experience especially Holly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Katie organised my onward purchase and she was great. Organised, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. She was very helpful and it was like dealing with a person not a robot. It was also very easy to get in touch with her. Redbrik on the whole were good. Andrew was my the estate agent I dealt with for the closure of my sale and purchase. He was helpful and easy to contact. The downside was sometimes I thought there miscommunication between myself, the vendor for my purchase as well as between me and my buyer. Nothing major.

We also want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to Jess. From putting our house on the market, through viewings, and right up to the sale, she has been absolutely amazing. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable and truly an expert in what she does, but what stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about us as a family, not just about making a sale. He provided regular updates, was proactive, customer-centred and recommended timely interventions to respond to the current market. The lines of communication between his team and I were exemplary. We chose Redbrik because they ensured that the buyer had all the searches (information) before taking the property of the market. I am so glad we chose them. From start to finish we were kept in the picture. Hannah came to do the valuation and I felt totally at ease. She were completely honest and realistic about the value of our property and from the beginning I felt positive about asking Redbrik to sell our property. Ben and Jessica were great at keeping the purchase moving, and we really appreciated how on the ball they were. The sales progressor was a bit harder to rely on, updates were patchy, and then they suddenly reappeared right at the end. We also found out the searches we’d been promised through Secure-Move (paid around £600) weren’t up to date, so our solicitor had to do extra checks and chasing. Still, credit to Ben and Jessica for doing what they could to keep things steady.
