GoogleEverybody at Redbrik was extremely helpful, but we dealt mostly with Georgina, who was always friendly and did a fantastic job sorting out our new home to live.

GoogleCouldn't have been a worse time to purchase, during a lock down. Also I live 200 miles away from the property. However, the lines of communication were always open and we managed to complete in 12 weeks! Well done all.

GoogleMy house sale was not straight forward, had 2 chains break down. I was kept informed throughout the process. The advice I received was correct and none bias. They took care of all viewings for me at my request. I would recommend red brick.

GoogleRedbrik have been a pleasure! Loraine Kitchen and Claire Shipman and a few others (sadly I cant recall their names but the lady who worked the weekend when bids were coming in thick and fast was AMAZING) have been just brilliant in selling our house, above asking price. We also purchased through them and they went above and beyond- every single one of them. Even through lockdown they kept in touch to keep things afloat within our chain. High recommend! GoogleRedbrik were fantastic from beginning to end. There were lots of complications with vendors living abroad, time differences and ex pat mortgages but Redbrik were so supportive and helpful through it all. They were always happy to advise and listen to me moan and throughout it all to keep on moving things forward as quickly as possible.

GoogleI chose Redbrik because I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism right from the start of the process, when the house was valued. It was marketed with high quality photographs, information and a detailed plan of the house and garden. All viewings were taken care of and an open weekend organised by Jessica was an excellent approach. Communication by email and phone kept me well informed and when the need arose, both Holly and Jessica were persistent and tireless in dealing with any issues. They would always respond to any queries or concerns quickly and provide the answers. The customer service I received was of a high quality and I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Redbrik.

GoogleTried to make an appointment to view a rental property with this agent I found them un helpful, then I had an appointment which they were meant to confirm which they didn’t do on the day of the appointment I didn’t know if it was happening or not a young man called at 10:15 for the appointment at 12:30 I told him I hadn’t heard from them so assumed the property had gone only to be told it’s not his fault that their email might be in my junk box !!!!! Extremely rude and ignorant response will never deal with this unprofessional and ignorant outfit . The junk box is where they belong.

I'm sorry that you were not happy with your experience however I do want to assure you we have done everything we can to allow you to view the property. Your viewing was booked in over the phone on the 22nd January and it was stated that the viewing was confirmed and you would receive email confirmation with the time of the viewing and full property address following the call. The email confirmation was sent across at 13:49 on 22nd January. You were called today to confirm your viewing, as we confirm all viewings on the day (via phone as well as email when initially booked in) as we understand sometimes people need to re-arrange and forget to contact us to let us know. During this call you stated you had not received the confirmation email and we double checked your email address and we can see the confirmation email on the 22nd was delivered to the correct address. If the property was no longer available to view then of course we would've called to cancel. However your booking was still going ahead and our call this morning was a courtesy to confirm you were still attending. The property is still available and if you would still like to view then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Very disappointed with Redbrik. Tried to arrange a viewing of a property and were told they could not show me the property until a week and a half later (due to their lack of availability, not mine) and then an hour before the viewing they rang me to say they'd accepted an offer on the property and were therefore cancelling my viewing. So glad I'd taken the morning off work for the viewing but they couldn't be bothered to call me any sooner than an hour beforehand.
