GoogleHorrible experience. Never seen such money greedy estate agents. If you are a tenant, this is not the agent for you!!Once your tenacy comes to an end, they will try and drain every last penny of your deposit for things dust which they have photographed sideways and may more!!!!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AT THE END OF TENANCY! I have seen my fair share of landlords and letting agencies, but this company is by far the worst. They have tried to steal the deposit for the most stupidest things like a little dust on a door. The house was left in a clean state and they are trying to steal the deposit for the pettiest things. They also never bothered to acknowledge when there was maintenance required for the property. I have never met such greedy people who have no shame in conning people! Do not rent with them!

GoogleThere isn’t really enough words to describe how fantastic I’ve found my experience with RedKey, new to the area RedKey team were more than helpful. They really take the time to help you through the whole process, and get to know your circumstances and find the best solution, by far the best letting agents in the south of wales, and I look forward to carrying on a relationship with the business in the years to come! Redkey should be your first port of call when renting in Newport!

GoogleWhere to even start! If you’re looking for an agency that will actually help you, then look no further. Richard and Callie have been amazing and helped deal with obstacles that most business would leave you to deal with by yourself, fast, quick, easy service and super friendly. GoogleActually I had a nice experience with redkey so far. When ever we have a problem they will try to sort it out as soon as they can. They helped me a lot for move in with proper guidelines especially Jackie, Callie and richard.❤️Recommending redkey to people who looking for a good agency.

GoogleI have struggled to get anyone to call me, raised a formal complaint and still no reply. I hope by going to the ombudsman I will get resolution. Redkey are slow to arrange viewings, slow to process renewal documents and slow to arrange for increases in rents. Very poor indeed.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleMy advice to anyone thinking of renting with Red Key is to take photos of every inch of the property the day they move in because when it comes time to leave, they will fleece you for every penny of your Security Deposit. And don’t even get me started on the effectiveness of their repair standards. A leaky gutter? No problem, we’ll just bodge it with some bathroom sealant! Crack in the wall? Of course we won’t come back to fix it! But we’ll certainly charge you for the faults that were already present when you moved in. The gall on display from Red Key is truly something to behold! And the best part? They even acknowledged they’d received our emails reporting faults, they’d clearly just chosen to ignore it. I have just one question now. If Red Key can bill me for things that we as tenants didn’t do, can I send them a rent refund request for not holding up their end of the deal either?NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleProperty was in terrible condition and no maintenance at all. Insisted on an inspection 6 months into a 6 month letting when normally it should only be done yearly.
