GoogleSophie and Oliver did a great job at selling my house in town. They pitched the sale at the perfect price and targeted the right prospective buyers. I had 13 offers on my house, which Sophie vetted and gave me a report on. There was no pressure put on me to go with their "known" buyers. It took approx 3 1/2 months from the agent"s initial viewing to sale completion. My only criticism of the branch would be that there needs to be someone always available to pick up the phone. Anything house related is stressful and voicemail adds to frustration. Emails were usually responded to within 24h. All in all a great service and a better experience than with previous house sales. GoogleRented and sold with RA Bennetts all the staff were great. For renting out the property Ellie was brilliant and helping get set up and finding tenants. When selling Oliver, Sophie and Kristina couldn't have been more helpful, reassuring and patient! Would definitely recommend them to others.

GoogleOliver was just brilliant - in every single way. Pleasant, professional, courteous, an excellent communicator and reliable at all times. I was acting on behalf of my extended family, who needed a rental property, that allowed pets, for when they relocate to the UK from South Africa, in a few weeks time. I met considerable negativity from other agents - partly due to the shortage of rental properties, especially one where the landlord will accept pets, also a view that they could not agree a letting until they had met potential tenants face to face. Oliver was outstanding - patiently sorting through any issues that arose from my family being out of the country. I am enormously grateful to him - having a new home for my family to move straight into is not just life changing for them - but enhancing too. Thank you Oliver - you are a real star!

GoogleI got excellent and prompt service from RA Bennett Worcester Dec 2020, Mr. Oliver was and is still of great help with my move in. Thank you & Godspeed! Jan 2021 we had to move house due to renovation, RA Bennett was very supportive in the move, responding to reference swiftly and followed up to see how the application was going, they even offered to show us any house they get first before putting it out in the market. I would recommend and still deal with RA Bennett anytime. Thank you Oliver.

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service we have recieved from the Worcester office. Especially the professional way in which Dominique has conducted herself during a very difficult dealing with a tenant. It was noticed by her manager and ourselves at the time, that she had the patience of a saint and became the only person who could deal with the people involved! A very valuable member of staff.
