In the process of buying a house, with staff absence at the Evesham branch, we were passed onto the Worcester branch for Caroline to take over our purchase. With the onward chain being difficult and things falling through, and solicitors failing to communicate with us or each other, Caroline was the one person who could not have done more to keep us in the loop, communicate with us, and try her absolute best to keep the sale moving forwards. They went above and beyond every step of the way, always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. Had an absolutely wonderful experience finding a flat, viewing it and moving in, all with the help of lovely Oliver. My partner and I have had multiple agencies let us down due to the lack of communication, consideration and dismissive behaviours. However this all changed when we can across RA Bennett! Oliver provided us with quick responses and genuinely felt like he wanted us to get the flat, he wanted us to reach our goals, and was patient and attentive throughout (these are attributes lacked by other agencies one again). My partner and I have genuinely been shocked by the amount of professionalism and care and consideration offered by RA Bennett, and of course Oliver. We have now been living happily for 2 months without a problem, and knowing I can messaging Oliver regarding any further questions (and gain an answer promptly) eases my anxiety! If i were to recommend any agency in Worcester, it would only be to RA Bennett! Thank you Oliver and the rest of the RA Bennett team! Keep doing what you are doing - you are smashing it!

Looking for a bigger home for my family to accommodate us had been tough and problematic for quite sometime until I came across one that was being advertised for on zoopla by RA Bennett. I requested for a viewing and provided the details needed. On the day of viewing I came across a gentleman called Ethan. He assisted us throughout the viewing and we loved what we had seen and told him that we would like to apply for the house for rental. He gave us the forms to complete and we did complete them and submitted. Ethan has been of great help. He would call, email and communicated with us at each and every stage. He would update us which made us aware of what we were doing and what was needed at time. He has been really accommodating, patience and his customer service it was EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you to Shelly as well who would call us when Ethan was not in the office. Thank you to the whole great team at RA Bennett for making the whole process easy and calming and accommodating us. Caroline and the team have been an absolute pleasure to work with in selling my Mums house. Charlotte Milner of R A Bennetts is an outstanding letting Agent. I recently found myself quite unexpectedly in need of a new home to rent and as a retiree who has managed my finances to be the most tax efficient my situation is complex. Where many people would have simply said it was to difficult she understood the difficulty and with knowledge, skill, patience and professionalism negotiated with the Landlord and the credit agency to make a deal enabling me to secure a new home. I can't fault R A Bennetts Broadway we have received a super professional, polite and excellent service from the team. We originally went on with an online agent, big mistake. After having met Amelia at Bennetts and giving her a run for her money with questions as to why should we engage you, we were highly satisfied with all her answers and have been absolutely delighted and reassured as to the support the whole team provide. Straight talk and a passion for selling dedicated to the buyer. This team are on it, did all my viewings and maintained a highly professional calm approach. Joe was great with viewings, friendly, professional, cheerful and provided regular weekly feedback to us on how our property was doing and made suggestions for keeping it fresh. Always obliging. Oliver was just brilliant - in every single way. Pleasant, professional, courteous, an excellent communicator and reliable at all times. I was acting on behalf of my extended family, who needed a rental property, that allowed pets, for when they relocate to the UK from South Africa, in a few weeks time. I met considerable negativity from other agents - partly due to the shortage of rental properties, especially one where the landlord will accept pets, also a view that they could not agree a letting until they had met potential tenants face to face. Oliver was outstanding - patiently sorting through any issues that arose from my family being out of the country. Tried ringing the Stratford branch and left multiple voicemails never got back to us. Rang another branch who we then booked a viewing for a property on Saturday 7th March at 12:15. We waited & no one showed up. Tried calling but could not get through. Have gone to find the property to make sure we were in the right place to then discover it has actually sold. Not sure why we had been booked in for a viewing or was not told that the property had been sold so the viewing was cancelled. Not the best customer service & would not recommend using them.
