Listed a home with them and they achieved 0 viewing in 6 months, the price if the house was agreed with them. From the start it showed their lack of interest with no regular communications and the only advice was drop the price. Would have preferred a realistic price discussion at the start. Forget 0 viewing I'm not sure they even got an enquiry !

Warwick office amateurs

Referring to the Warwick office who come across as amateurs. They had one buyer for us at a substantial discount on the asking price and stopped sending anyone else over to view. I told them not to stop until we had a memo of sale but no. What's happened, the buyers have had to pull out because their buyers pulled out. Two weeks after supposedly getting the sale. Never again.

Happy to recommend RA Bennett as long as they retain Lottie. Service is about individuals and their excellence rather than a company. If they keep her employed they cannot go wrong. We have previously moved quite regularly with work and you can quite quickly separate the good agents from the bad - she's at the top of the tree. Property came up, we were so interested as it was what we were looking for in the area where we want to buy in regards of schools, I called straight away, 8 times for two days at different times of the day and nobody answered to book a viewing! Now it says it is sold, not even giving us chance to view and make an offer! We are not in the chain and are proceedable buyers, but they haven’t answered phone calls for 2 days! wondering if the property was sold to somebody they know, not even giving us an opportunity for viewing :-/ will be avoiding your firm from now on

Tried to look at a property, offered two and a half days in the week, and they had noone available to show me the property. Tried with the next week, same availability, still no one available. If you are marketing your property with them, and wonder why it is not selling, it's because it is impossible to view with them!! I'd chose another agent!

If I was selling my property with them I would be extremely disappointed and having had this experience wouldn’t even consider them now.
