Very very poor. Offered for a flat, they said they'd get back to us as soon as they had a decision from the landlord. Radio silence, impossible to get through on the phone. Let agreed with someone else a few days later without us being notified. We needed to get a flat ASAP, which they knew about, we feel messed around and have lost valuable time in our search for a property.

TrustpilotAbsolute idiots
Absolute idiots, let a bunch of students rent the property partying until 4 in the morning most nights, living next door and got to be up at 5am for work doesn't go well, contacted them they said they will phone them to explain the rules of there agreement, still been going on for weeks, damages= less rent just bare that in mind.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID! An absolute disgraceful and terrible service from these agents. Once they got me on their books I felt like they just left me and my property, sat back and waited for the phone to ring, I had to write my own property descriptions, they sent customers that weren't able to obtain mortgages or understood the processes, No for sale signage anywhere around my property despite there being on others nearby from this agent and asked multiple times.. this was clearly breach of my contract conditions. Communication was pretty much none existent, left 12 weeks and not 1 call from them, constantly calling but never called back, 2 managers had been and gone in my time with Bennetts and considering there is roughly 7 working in the office I expected better. A complete waste of 5 months of everyones time and energy. I feel these agents were incompetent and lacking knowledge. If R.A.Bennetts would like to submit all of their actual workings for my time spent with them to prove they were in no way breach of contract or negligent then by all means do so.

She was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout, and always took the time to answer our questions and understand what we were looking for. Although we haven’t found the right property for us yet, we really appreciated Katie’s time, patience and help. GoogleI cannot recommend Tara highly enough. From the outset, she took the time to clearly explain all of the options available to me and ensured that I fully understood everything. She was clearly an expert in her field and was able to answer every question I had with real confidence, clarity and depth. What particularly stood out was Tara’s patience and kindness. I had a lot of questions, but she never made me feel rushed or as though I was asking too much. She took the time to talk everything through properly and made what could have been a complicated and overwhelming process feel straightforward and manageable. Tara’s professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for her clients are exceptional. Wasim of the selling team did an excellent job in helping us to sell a house in Oxford. The transaction was executed professionally and closely followed through. GoogleRA Bennett letting department has been more than helpful and they guided me through the renting process with ease. They got me in a property in less than 2 weeks of applying. The property itself is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment which fitted my needs perfectly. I will recommend this letting agency to any friends or family with in a heartbeat.
