Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

TrustpilotCharged for tenant responsibilities
I am a landlord that was charged for a fuse replacement on an extractor hood in my property when this was the responsibility of the tenant. After many emails and incompetent responses from various managers, I have decided to write this review. Do not trust these incompetent managers, who are only on commission. There was one manager who agreed with me that the cost should have been with the tenant, but could not do anything about it. The contractor they used lied about the wiring, but as I work with electrics, I know what to ask.

So we booked the appointment well in advance it was fine then I received three phone calls from three different people then I got told that one of their viewers had gone sick and blah blah blah and I said forget it. Do you know what if you can’t be bothered to communicate properly with each other and phone me over the same things and send me 20 odd emails or thanking me for picking you I can’t be bothered because I can’t guarantee you’re gonna sell my house properly. Don’t bother using them.

GoogleWe put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent. We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts. The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months. The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment. We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers. The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old. Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly. Thank you to our agent who held our hand through the sale!
