We found Emily to be one of the most knowledgeable, engaging Agents that we have come across in our search for a new home (and we have met many!) there was nothing she didn't know, she was familiar with school catchment area, she had "magic eyes" and helped us see the potential in an old property that we would have not seen without her help. She clearly makes it her business to know as much as she can about a house and its potential and every question we had, she had an answer for it. Although the house she showed us was not for us, she was an absolute pleasure and if every Agent was like her it would make our process so much better. Such a refreshing change to meet someone who is actually interested in property.

We purchased a property in 2015 from this branch of estate agents with the long term plan to rent initially and then move to be near family. Staffed by young enthusiastic people we had very efficient and helpful service throughout the buying process with excellent financial and legal services provided in house. Special thanks to Daniel Farley who also helped remortgage my sons house. Also a big thank you to all the lettings team who did a fantastic job advising us, marketing and letting the property.

During my tenancy, they did not do any checks on the property whatsoever. They only contacted me on the following occasions: 1: get payments every 6 months to renew my contract. Thankfully the landlord found out and asked them to stop this. 2: tell me about their advertising campaigns. 3: to get a gas certificate off the landlord. That is what they are paid for. How and why was I supposed to do that? When I decided to move out, they asked me to pay a £24 fee to give a reference to the new estate agents. They then asked me to pay rent up to 2 months after giving my notice unless they find a new tenant. Conclusion: they seem to be more interested in getting payments any possible way, even if it puts other people in difficulty, than to do their jobs properly. The worse and greediest estate agency I dealt with.
