We as a family, cannot thank Emma and her team at RA Bennett (Stratford Upon Avon) enough. Their professionalism, efficiency and empathy made a very daunting task, so easy. My late fathers property was marketed within 5 working days from instruction, we had 6 viewings within a few days, received 4 offers and completion within 11 weeks. Emma and her team provided weekly updates, always returned my telephone calls, lots of reassurance and nothing was too much trouble. Keep doing what you do ladies, you are a credit to the industry.

Initially impressed by the team in Stratford. They were efficient and responsive throughout the letting process. Our property was advertised for less than a day before finding multiple applicants to choose from. That said, both tenants and landlords were mislead by inaccurate communication from Bennetts. Hopeful that these hiccups could be overcome by the landlord and tenant working together I continued into a tenancy relationship. I’d hoped this would be a long term arrangement but within 6 months it became clear this was not a sustainable property/tenant matchup. It's beyond frustrating to deal with RA Bennett. The local office hands you over to HQ. There you’re just a name in a landlord database interacting with a rotating admin team. By the time you have a human to deal with any situation you’re handed over to a new name and have to start again. Despite my tenants leaving my property in an atrocious condition and causing thousands of pounds worth of damage RA Bennett set them up with another landlord. My advice to potential landlords: be very, very demanding about screening tenants because RA Bennetts will not be. Also, don’t be deceived by the 10% commission quoted. There are a plethora of non optional monthly fees on top of that which raise that %. More like 12/15% in reality.

Dal Bains and Megan Long have been incredible. We needed to move asap and found a beautiful affordable flat. Megan showed us around and was very enthusiastic for us, even contacted me on her day off around Christmas to update me. Dal was able to spot a couple things he could help speed up and got in touch straight away, throughout the day he kept us updated and informed us our next step to ensure efficiency. At 6pm (an hour after he was due to finish!!) He called with all brilliant news, he managed to get everything done and we got the tenancy agreement signed. Dal really went above and beyond at every opportunity, and Megan made a massive effort for us from the moment she greeted us at the viewing. Getting the application in on the 23rd Demember and being ready to move in at new years has been just amazing. Thank you so much to you both!

A really excellent service from Dal Bains and Megan at Bennett's. Everything was done quickly and professionally and we actually completed the letting process in 24 hours, once I'd identified a property that I wanted to rent. Dal was also a huge help in that he prepared everything and minimised my own admin to two brief visits and an online form. He resolved every problem and he was also warm and empathetic, understanding that the process feels stressful for the person renting. Megan has continued the service. Everything is resolved quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to normal life. It's made the whole process a pleasure and I have moved into a property that I really like, in an area that I like.

Like many people I didn't have a very high opinion of estate agents but when my Dad chose Bennetts to sell my parents' house, I was impressed straight away by Emma's efficiency, integrity and kindness. Lauren and Claire were also good. We were pleased to get offers in quickly and to secure buyers. My only criticism would be that communication with us was sometimes patchy and it sometimes felt like individual members of staff were not talking to each other and passing information on.

We recently purchased our first home through RA Bennett’s and had a great experience. We were firstly shown the property (along with a few others) by Lauren who was very friendly and informative and was always on hand to answer any questions throughout the sale as well as initially helping us to find a suitable property. Emma ensured everything went smoothly and kept us up to date with where we were in the process. We also used Rob for our mortgage, he was definitely the most thorough and reliable broker we found after visiting a few in the local area. Rob was the only one we found that discussed all costs involved with the house buying process up front (super useful as we were first time buyers). He found us a great deal and even managed to beat this just before completion! He was on hand at all times for all of our questions (I had a fair few!!) which was very reassuring and took away any stress or uncertainty from the process. Overall our experience with RA Bennett’s was nothing but positive, I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

After having met Amelia at Bennetts and giving her a run for her money with questions as to why should we engage you, we were highly satisfied with all her answers and have been absolutely delighted and reassured as to the support the whole team provide.
