Customer service we received from Emma, Russell and Vanessa was simply outstanding. We were kept informed throughout the process and had regular catch ups. The team were always available to talk to whenever I needed to discuss anything. We had a bit of a bumpy ride losing 2 buyers right before the exchange of contract, but the guys resumed active marketing of our property immediately and organised viewings pretty much straight away. We never had to chase feedback, which was great. Emma especially went above and beyond helping us out with negotiating a purchase of our next house and providing very useful advice along the way. She has kept in touch with me regularly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Emma and the team have made this extremely stressful process a lot more bearable. If anybody I know is thinking of selling their house I will definitely be recommending they get in touch with Emma and the team. Basically I will never use their services again. It all started very good and everything went great until the house sold. After the house sold, it felt like Emma was working for the people buying my house instead of me. Instead of making my life easier she became a nuisance during the selling process. I'm in the midst of purchasing a buy to let property throught RA Bennett in Stratford, and can say that the entire team at RA Bennett has been a real pleasure to deal with so far. Very quick & responsive to queries. Very professional, but also very friendly. All of the team members I've dealt with so far have great personalities and are really nice to speak with. Flexible in terms of availability for viewings and taking calls to discuss progress etc. They're also happy to help chase solicitors to speed up the purchase on my / the seller's behalf. The CountryWide Mortgage Advisory service, handled by Krystle o'Brien, has been extremely helpful from start to finish. Very clear explanations on products and services, fees, etc. Using CountryWide has certainly made my purchase much easier, especially considering that I'm located abroad. Sadly, our experience was not great, from start to finish the attitude of staff was disinterest, even when the rental property was dirty on the day we were handed the keys, on the day we left it was thoroughly examined??! Repairs were very slow and we still had a considerable amount of rain coming in after a year of reporting it. There didn’t seem to be any communication as we were asked for the same information by different people. As a rule I am pretty patient but the service we received really made me angry on more than one occasion.The final insult was a four week wait for the return of our deposit despite the property inspection report being prompt and all OK.
