This has been such a positive experience in letting a property I would highly recommend Dal Baines as your letting agent. He listed our property on Friday and after a few showings over the weekend had found our tenant by the following Tuesday, a week later all the paperwork completed and the tenant was in! Dal was very proactive, always answered his phone and made sure everyone knew what was going on at all times. Will be back to use Dal's expertise again.

I wanted to take time out of my day to publicly recognise Emma and her team for the exceptional level of service my wife and I received whilst selling our home. Our house was only on the market for a few Weeks before we received an offer. We had used another lettings agent in Stratford previously whilst trying to sell our home, who were nowhere near on the same level as RA bennett. Our situation looked to be a straightforward sale/purchase, but it turned out to be a little more complex and tricky with a lot of errors being made by the developer and Conveyancing, but RA Bennett remained consistently exceptional throughout the entire process. Their constant communication whether it was key milestones in the process or just updates on what they were chasing, we were kept in the loop all the time. It just instilled confidence in us. But what really stood out to me as going the extra mile is nothing was ever too much trouble for Emma or her team. At times Emma was doing most of the chasing for us when I am sure it was not in her remit to have to do it, but you always felt that Emma and her team want to help you. They have your best interest at heart and they care about you and your situation. I honestly couldn’t recommend Emma and her team highly enough! I am probably never going to move again, but if I were I would without hesitation go straight back to RA Bennett and deal with Emma. If you are unsure about who to use and hesitant on selecting an estate agent (as we were after our first experience with a competitor), use Emma at RA Bennett you honestly won’t be disappointed! Thank you Emma and the team we literally couldn’t have done it without you! :)

We recently sold our property through Emma and her team at RA Bennett. From start to finish they were brilliant! Our property sold very quickly, for a price above asking. It, unfortunately, took us a year to find a property to buy, losing a buyer along the way and they worked tenaciously to find us a new buyer as soon as possible. Once we found a property Emma chased every agent in our long chain to get updates and progress the sales, likely bringing our move date sooner. At every step of our sale, we were given updates at least once a week which was very reassuring. We also used their in-house mortgage advisor Rob. He was able to provide us with the best rates and highest borrowing amount of any mortgage advisor we spoke with. He also worked through weekends and his days off to ensure our mortgage application progressed as quickly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to sell or buy a property with RA Bennett again in the future!

Tried ringing the Stratford branch and left multiple voicemails never got back to us. Rang another branch who we then booked a viewing for a property on Saturday 7th March at 12:15. We waited & no one showed up. Tried calling but could not get through. Have gone to find the property to make sure we were in the right place to then discover it has actually sold. Not sure why we had been booked in for a viewing or was not told that the property had been sold so the viewing was cancelled. Not the best customer service & would not recommend using them.

The Sales Team at RA Bennett in Stratford (Emma, Russell and Annette) have recently sold my house for me and they did an outstanding job. There were a few hurdles along the way before the right buyer came along and throughout the process they were always friendly, helpful and Emma in particular gave solid and frank advice when needed and is very knowledgeable regarding the local market, also keeping me regularly updated and providing feedback after each viewing. Russell went above and beyond on a couple of occasions when the house was empty and needed attention, and he skilfully negotiated the final sale price with the buyer. Emma never seems to rest and was on the ball with the solicitors, etc throughout the entire sales process, constantly chasing and closing the sale in a very tight timeframe despite a rather over-optimistic deadline. The team have been great. Krystle O'Brien has been a fantastic mortgage broker. She has been there for us from start to finish. I dealt with Michael and I have to say he went above and beyond to secure a rental property for me and my dog at short notice. I was overseas at the time and trying to get home amidst pandemic rules and regulations and time was of the essence. Michael’s communication was excellent.
