We recently sold our property through Emma and her team at RA Bennett. From start to finish they were brilliant! Our property sold very quickly, for a price above asking. It, unfortunately, took us a year to find a property to buy, losing a buyer along the way and they worked tenaciously to find us a new buyer as soon as possible. Once we found a property Emma chased every agent in our long chain to get updates and progress the sales, likely bringing our move date sooner. At every step of our sale, we were given updates at least once a week which was very reassuring. We also used their in-house mortgage advisor Rob. He was able to provide us with the best rates and highest borrowing amount of any mortgage advisor we spoke with. He also worked through weekends and his days off to ensure our mortgage application progressed as quickly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to sell or buy a property with RA Bennett again in the future!

We were away whilst the tenant was moving in and had a few issues with the tenant and need to find another one. Both Jasmine and Ellouise were brilliant, they just sorted everything for us without a problem. I couldn't recommend them higher

Sophie and Kristina did a great job in helping and pushing through my purchase. Great bonus was to see that Kristina and Sophie wanted to make things work for both buyer and seller instead of telling the buyer off every time there was a problem and that is what made the deal happen in the end. Big thanks

The team at RA Bennet were fantastic. My sale was not as straightforward as it should/could have been (not down to the agents). The fact that we reached a successful conclusion is down in no small measure to the efforts of Sophie and Kristina. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

After looking for months for a house to rent in Cheltenham we went to view a house on a Saturday morning. We instantly fell in love with it and the agent who showed us around was so helpful and friendly they made the process of renting painless. This was also reflected when we saw the house again and the other agent let us view it. We felt so at ease with them which was really helpful as it meant we were not afraid to ask questions which they answered quickly and promptly. I would highly recommend using R A Bennentt.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
