GoogleHappy to recommend RA Bennett as long as they retain Lottie. Service is about individuals and their excellence rather than a company. If they keep her employed they cannot go wrong. We have previously moved quite regularly with work and you can quite quickly separate the good agents from the bad - she's at the top of the tree. Cannot thank her enough for her time and flexibility to help make this a relatively stress free experience - Nice one!

GoogleThey were honest about market conditions so I put my property on at this price and I got a buyer straight away. There were problems due to convoluted legal process in this country. All staff, particularly Emma, were good at helping me through the process as there were parts I struggled with. Thanks Emma and team.

GoogleI am recently helping my sister to look for a rent property in Stratford-upon-Avon. We deeply appreciate the Letting Manager Dal Bains, who promptly offered us a viewing of the property. With his professional advice, we clearly understood the details and pros of the property. With his proactive service, we proceeded the renting process smoothly. He was very kind, as he listened to our questions and patiently responded to sort it out for us. We are really grateful to have met Dal Bains.

GoogleI enquired about a house back in March through Right Move, arranged a viewing and went to see it, I was met by a pretty young lady call Megan, who showed me around the property, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest,unfortunately the landlord didnt accept my application, however Megan promised me she would find me a home for my two girls and myself, and since then she's kept to her word I moved into my new home yesterday and it's amazing, would I recommend RA Bennetts? 100% yes, if you're looking for a lovely new home, give them a call and ask for Megan 😃

GoogleDal Bains and Megan Long have been incredible. We needed to move asap and found a beautiful affordable flat. Megan showed us around and was very enthusiastic for us, even contacted me on her day off around Christmas to update me. Dal was able to spot a couple things he could help speed up and got in touch straight away, throughout the day he kept us updated and informed us our next step to ensure efficiency. At 6pm (an hour after he was due to finish!!) He called with all brilliant news, he managed to get everything done and we got the tenancy agreement signed. Dal really went above and beyond at every opportunity, and Megan made a massive effort for us from the moment she greeted us at the viewing. Getting the application in on the 23rd Demember and being ready to move in at new years has been just amazing. Thank you so much to you both!

GoogleA really excellent service from Dal Bains and Megan at Bennett's. Everything was done quickly and professionally and we actually completed the letting process in 24 hours, once I'd identified a property that I wanted to rent. Dal was also a huge help in that he prepared everything and minimised my own admin to two brief visits and an online form. He resolved every problem and he was also warm and empathetic, understanding that the process feels stressful for the person renting. Megan has continued the service. Everything is resolved quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to normal life. It's made the whole process a pleasure and I have moved into a property that I really like, in an area that I like.
