I have used R A Bennetts both in selling and buying properties over the years. I have recently sold a property with both Emma and Lauren leading in ensuring the sale progressed without issue. Their professionalism and dedication, to my sale, was second to none and I would not hesitate in using them again. Going forward I am also confident that they are and will keep actively sourcing suitable properties, for my consideration, in order to continue our working partnership. Keep adapting, but don't change, the core principles and ethics of the service you are providing because its currently tailored to succeed in a competitive market

It was always a pleasure to deal with Emma and Lauren throughout our sale! We bought our first home through RA Bennett and chose them again to sell for us due to a great service previously. The whole process was smooth and very efficient (we sold within 5 days!!!). If we had any questions Emma and Lauren were always on hand to help and cared about our worries! My husband and I would definitely use RA Bennett again in the future! Thank you so much ladies!

My boyfriend and I have recently bought our first home through RA Bennett and we couldn't be happier!! The whole process was quick and faultless, Emma was very helpful and committed to making the purchase go through as quickly as possible. We went to view the house in July, got the offer accepted on the same day and we're moving in at the end of September! We have viewed many houses in Stratford through all estate agents but RA Bennett has been by far the most professional and honest one. Thank you so much for making our dream come true!

I have used RA Bennett numerous times to find tenants for my rental properties. I have always received a very professional service from Ellouise and the team, and this time was no different. Within a month of first contacting the office the property was marketed, a viewing day scheduled, tenants selected and approved, previous tenants moved out and new tenants in. Ellouise is very responsive with communication and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.
