GoogleRecently been liaising with Becca at RA Bennett’s. We have been looking for properties for over a year and have dealt with several agents. Becca in our eyes has been the incredibly professional, polite, well organised, most communicative agent we have come across. She has the innate ability to look at our requirements as a family and has shown the ability to guide us to the right properties. Thanks Becca.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this fantastic 5* review. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleMegan is really helpful. She gave us a comlete introduction of the property, and a real kind welcome from the town with a big smile as well. It is really brilliant to rent a well-decorated property in the lovely town. Really recommend this agent. Thanks.

GoogleI am involved with RA Bennett's for the second time, initially as a buyer, and currently as a seller. They have been proactive in communicating with me and my home sold quickly. Both Emma and Lauren have been dealing with my sale. They are both very approachable and professional. I would always use a highstreet estate agent. A feeling that has been reinforced by a recent bad experience trying to buy from an online estate agent. I highly recommend RA Bennett's.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this amazing 5* review and recommendation. Kind regards Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleI'm moving to Stratford-on-Avon for the first time and Megan and Leah have been invaluable in helping me find a flat to rent. They've been friendly and supportive from start to finish - in fact I made a note when I first called up that Megan was really helpful, and this has been proven several times over! Thanks for everything you've done to make the moving process quick and simple.

GoogleMegan has been amazing and incredibly supportive and helpful. My partner and I were on a tight schedule, and she has pulled out all the stops in finding us the right property. Her communication has been excellent and definitely provided the best experience I've ever had with a lettings agent. I can't thank her enough.

GoogleI have had a few dealings with RA Bennett in Stratford and Emma and Lauren are always professional and helpful regardless of whether you are a buyer or a seller. I would have no hesitation in putting a property on the market with them as they are very proactive unlike many other agents. Highly recommended.

GoogleExcellent professional service received from RA Bennett having been both a buyer and now a seller with this agent. Emma and Lauren were excellent from initial consultation through to viewings and progressing the sale to completion, with good communication throughout. Will recommend to friends and family.

GoogleLike many people I didn't have a very high opinion of estate agents but when my Dad chose Bennetts to sell my parents' house, I was impressed straight away by Emma's efficiency, integrity and kindness. Lauren and Claire were also good. We were pleased to get offers in quickly and to secure buyers. My only criticism would be that communication with us was sometimes patchy and it sometimes felt like individual members of staff were not talking to each other and passing information on.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this great review and your feedback which has been passed onto the team. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleAfter a particularly stressful life event, Freya was the first person I dealt with during my search for my first rental property. She was so warm and welcoming during the viewing and was incredibly knowledgeable. She has been fantastic throughout the entire process. I wanted to leave a separate review for Megan but I’m clearly not technologically gifted enough for that. After the viewing and completing the paperwork is when I was introduced to Megan. I interacted with her mostly throughout the latter stages of the application, it got immensely stressful at times but her responses were quick and reassuring. She kept on top of us to make sure nothing was missed and that I could get into the house when originally planned. It took some time but we got there and I’m so happy in my first home. Thank you so much to Freya and Megan for making a nervous time so much easier.

GoogleI dealt with Megan for the process of finding a rental whilst our new home was being built. She was professional, friendly and warm, and her communication is excellent, meaning you are never waiting too long for a response! I have sold a property with RA Bennett previously and I cannot fault them. Highly recommended
Many thanks for the fantastic recommendation and 5* review. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleEmma has made the process of moving house a much less stressful one! She’s kept us updated daily throughout the process of our selling our property and is always on hand to answer our questions. 10/10 would recommend RA Bennett to anyone, and they would be our #1 choice for any house sale in the future!

GoogleEmma and Lauren were excellent throughout the selling of our house. Selling a family home is rarely simple and we had a few complications, but Emma and Lauren were there to advise and assist us at every stage of the journey. Whenever the process began to stall, we benefitted from Emma’s experience at stepping in quickly to keep everything on track.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home through RA Bennett’s and had a great experience. We were firstly shown the property (along with a few others) by Lauren who was very friendly and informative and was always on hand to answer any questions throughout the sale as well as initially helping us to find a suitable property. Emma ensured everything went smoothly and kept us up to date with where we were in the process. We also used Rob for our mortgage, he was definitely the most thorough and reliable broker we found after visiting a few in the local area. Rob was the only one we found that discussed all costs involved with the house buying process up front (super useful as we were first time buyers). He found us a great deal and even managed to beat this just before completion! He was on hand at all times for all of our questions (I had a fair few!!) which was very reassuring and took away any stress or uncertainty from the process. Overall our experience with RA Bennett’s was nothing but positive, I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!
Thank you for your wonderful recommendation and 5* review. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleWe’re currently selling our property through RA Bennett with Emma and her team and they have been and continue to be fantastic! Their communication is great, ensuring both myself and my partner are kept up to date with everything happening throughout the process. We really feel looked after and valued and they’re so happy to answer any questions (even the ones you might think are stupid!). Not only have the been so fantastic in selling our property but they are doing everything they can to help us find a property to buy and even giving us a helping hand if we’ve seen something of interest with a different agent. Emma is so knowledgeable and gives such genuine and honest advice, it’s clear the whole team are experts at what they do. We would highly recommend using them as we can’t imagine anyone better to help you on this buying/selling journey.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this outstanding recommendation and 5* review. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.
