GoogleI don’t even know where to start really!, RA Bennett have been amazing with me specially Lotti and Shelly!, couldn’t thank them both enough for everything they done and still do now! Found me a new home that I’m extremely happy with and helped me settle in. Lotti is always a call away if I have any questions or issues, extremely helpful. They’re the best! Can’t fault them even if you tried.

If i could i would give 0 starts. Was buying a house and they are highly manipulating they tell you that you have to use their solicitor and their morgage advisor because otherwise they wont sell you the house. Which is a scam dont believe them the seller has no say in what solicitors or morgage advisor you pick. They said the same lie to 2 other people I know because they try to push on getting their solicitors and they WILL scam you on the quote.

* AVOID as much as possible!Regret having had anything to do with the Downend branch.So many times they agree with you on something on the phone, but then deny it completely. Terrible service for our check-in, check-out and any communication about ending the tenancy.** DODGING a lot!I used zero deposit and they used COUNTRYWIDE to do the check-in and check-out report. The check-in report was concise and had super low-quality pictures and general comments while at the checkout they did a comprehensive bit-by-bit report with loads of dodgy comments on issues with furniture that existed before! Even of the things that were not mentioned in the check-in report. They tried to make a big claim for a deposit based on this!

GoogleI wanted to find a new letting agent. Ellouise was particularly helpful, informative and efficient. India spoke to me by phone to introduce new tenant. All in all, smooth and seamless without any problems. I will use RA Bennett again.

GoogleEllouise and India did a great job finding tenants for my mother’s flat. They kept me informed and updated on the viewings and helped us make a decision on which prospective tenants to choose. They have both been very professional and I would definitely recommend RA Bennett

GoogleReally disappointed messaged them on Zoopla regarding a property in Tweed Close and left them a voicemail today and heard nothing. If I was selling my property with them I would be extremely disappointed and having had this experience wouldn’t even consider them now. If I wanted to buy or sell a property I would wonder how responsive they would be. From my experience they aren’t!😔

Absolute nightmare to deal with. After a year I am withdrawing my house from sale. Took months of chasing to take actions, and then unreachable. Clearly on buyers side, telling us to take lower offers and not take higher ones beacuse of their "systems". Horrible, horrible experience.

Thus far we are very happy with the care and attention that Natalie from TaylorsCountrywide Oxford has provided. When faced in taking over the Agency of a flat with sever mould problems, which has been ignored for months by the previous Agency- Natalie jumped in to move things forward with the landlord and get things fixed. The problems are not fixed as of yet- so I am hopeful, but cautious in waiting for the problems to be fixed. She has been kind, attentive and understanding as we have worked with her. We are so very thankful to have an Agent who seems to care to take care of us at the renters and the landlord.

Trustpilotoxford - Absolutely useless and infuriating
Absolutely useless and infuriating - they feed you empty promises and lies constantly saying they have done what you asked and then you realise they actually never did - over and over again rinse and repeat - they will NEVER respond to your issues with the house you rented unless it is an emergency that will damage the house never mind that it is a risk to your health unless you literally ring them up every day multiple times for 2 whole infuriating months and then eventually maybe they will do something after you say you will put in a formal complaint but not after they tried to gaslight you first saying nothing is wrong
