GoogleAwful service, took 7 weeks to return my deposit, do not answer phone, do not return calls when you leave a message, only reply to e-mails sporadically. Allow viewings and landlord into property to carry out maintenace before the check out report has been carried out.The poor service is blamed on Covid but after reading other reviews the same problem has been going on for over 2 years! Totally unprofessional and need a complete overhaul of end of tenancy procedures.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWould definitely recommend, had a lovely and helpful fella named oliver, who showed us around the property. It has been refreshing to be helped by someone who isnt just a robotic, suited-up estate agent but instead has the ideal balance of professionalism and a sense of humour both of which made me and my partner feel at ease as trying to decide on a property and move house can be very stressful!
