GoogleA huge thank you to R A Bennett for helping me purchase my dream home. Dealing with Luke at R A Bennett was a pleasure, he was super helpful and approachable and guided me through the whole process from start to finish. We had a deadline to achieve and this was done through the office and Luke always being on the ball. He went the extra mile assisting me with the purchase and I am so grateful for this. I also dealt with Ian towards the end who aided on some legal queries and got them sorted in no time with great professionalism, Claire would also help if both were out on appointments. GoogleAt last!! A letting agency that treats its tenants as its customers not as second class citizens because we don't own houses in this property owning status obsessed nation. I'm sorry??? WHO creates the money that flows into a letting agency? If you buy a TV in a shop is the important customer the buyer or the supplier of the TV?? At 52 years old I have chosen not to buy and rent crown Estate farms and idyllic cottages in unbelievable locations that no amount of money can buy.. After death of my wife I chose to rent from private agencies.somehow I suddenly felt like i was a second class citizen..??! The house owners being godlike whilst we are merely the peasants who can't afford to buy our own homes like real people do. I have 5 Phds, own patents and 2 companies that will build me my dream eco house without a mortgage when I finally stop long enough to plan it all.put. But i must say 'please may i have some more' when i want something sorted out in a property that i probably pay the owners motgage on???! Hellooo - err it ME funding your business??! OK thats not the normal situation of a tenant and its taken me 15 years of struggle to get to this life, but every single tenant is the same customer funding the agents business and owners mortgages or income! R A Bennetts is the first agent where I have been made to feel like a much appreciated and valued customer.. for whom they will do all they can to.help you, find solutions to issues and represent your concerns to the owner as strongly as TV retailer would represent a customers dissatisfaction with a product to its suppliers. Every single staff member is like this so.it must be due to excellent management and leadership. From Penny who showed me around and handled every detail and call and request for measuring or revisits before moving in, to sam who did the key handover, to Nalatie handling all.my requests for updating washing machine and dishwasher etc. All treated ke with the lvrl of couretsy and care that you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Surely its rocket science for agents to realise that the key to really successful business is to keep your real customers happy? Loyalty comes from this - i will.think twice about moving again not only due to the house but also this level of service. Even if I did need to move, I would probably hold out for them to find the next property and not lose the fantastic level of service. Whoever leads this agency should get a bonus! Thank you

Google*This review is for our Property Manager Dal B from Countrywide Management* Unfortunately, we had some problems with our hot water and Dal took on managing the issue, despite the fact this was outside of his usual area of work. From the offset, Dal put in a huge amount of effort to ensure the problem was dealt with swiftly and effectively. Dal was always positive, polite and very determined on our behalf in all of our communications. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work.

GoogleRUN FROM THIS AGENCY ! After several years renting flats in leamington spa, I can say that RA Bennet has been the worse agency we dealt with. 1. The clean had not been done at all before we arrived. There were some rotten food in the fridge and cupboards, and so much dirt everywhere left by the students who lived there before us. We had to wait for 3weeks to have a cleaner come. 2. Multiple things were broken -including windows, dishwasher, curtains… despite our desperate calls and e-mail throughout the year, no one ever came to repair them. Cherry on top : they deducted the repair price from our deposit at the end of our tenancy. (Deposit that we are btw still waiting to receive, although the tenancy ended 5months ago) 3. We had to wait for 4months to know what parking lot was ours, although it was included in our tenancy. -we almost had issues with with the police because we parked on lots that were not ours. 4. The agency gave us 1 electronic key, although we were 3 tenants, and no key to the mailbox. According to them,the previous tenants had lost the keys , and it was not the agency’s responsibility. And of course, they did not enable us to talk to the landlord at any point. If he knew all the issues we had, he d probably choose another agency.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThe rental was completed within days. It is exceptional considering how the Covid-19 is affecting the life around us. I have several problems with the rental, like unfair contract terms, repair, etc during the first two months of the rental and the staff has been very professional in resolving the issues. Sometimes, it is beyond their capability to provide a perfect answer, they are always reasonable, kind and passionate. GoogleI have now been with RA Bennet for nearly 2 years. They have been extrmeemly detailed and proffesional with managing my properties and I couldnt have asked for a better group to assist me in this venture. Amey and Penny have been more than helpful with any quries and also any issues which have risen with tenants. I would advise anyone that is looking to set up their properties with a management agency to go with RA Bennet.

GoogleDishonest agency and very poor service quality. We left the apartment in June, this year, and I can say that we had many problems with this real estate agency. We spend the year with my two flatmates waiting for new keys, we have been given one fob and only one key for three despite our multiple requests. Besides, we found the apartment dirty, no cleaning has been done before our arrival. We didn't get any help on the multiple issues we faced in the apartment (broken window during the winter, broken shelfs in the fridge, unassigned parking lot...). We left the apartment clean and we didn't damage anything, but we had to negotiate for months to get the refund of the deposit. Finally, they announced us that we will be charged 450£ for the cleaning, how a honest real estate agency can justify this ?

GoogleR A Bennett were a fantastic support in helping us sell our flat. The Buyer’s solicitors were particularly unhelpful meaning the process got dragged out over more months than hoped, but Rachel chased weekly and was a huge support in ensuring the transaction completed by the end of June. Highly recommend if you want an estate agent that will push your sale through and hassle all stakeholders on your behalf. Also good value.PositiveResponsiveness
