GoogleBuying a property from the other side of the world (Sydney, Australia) in 6 weeks was always going to be challenging, add Covid lockdowns in the UK, and taxes for overseas investors increasing from 1st April and it seemed like it might not happen by 31 March. But it did! And in no small measure to the irrepressible Sophie Harkness and her equally talented colleague Ellie Ferris. Both ladies went the extra mile to provide pictures and videos of the property, and dealt with the 11 hour time difference ensuring that queries were turned around quickly and I always felt supported. Sophie is always positive, responsive and drives things forward. As Ellie takes over from a Lettings perspective she is getting through the work to prepare the property and find the right tenant. Thank you both, you are a real asset to your company and profession, and I am very grateful for all you have done to make this happen. Best wishes from Down Under! TrustpilotWorst estate agent ever in Leamington… They force you to use their mortgage advisor
Worst estate agent ever in Leamington Spa. We are trying to buy a house and whilst putting an offer on a property we have been told by them that if we don't use their mortgage advisor we are not likely to get the house. Surely this must be illegal to force us to use their mortgage services?! Very dissappointed. I will be complaining to the property ombudsman.

GoogleWe visited a flat to rent that we loved last Friday, less than a week before Christmas, and we signed the tenancy agreement yesterday thanks to Aimee. GoogleWhere to start....R A Bennett have been fantastic from the get go, I have very specifics requests for living arrangements in a very short amount of time and they have pulled through! Sophie dealt with me most of the time and was brilliant - always responded via Whatsapp when I messaged after hours with questions. She was very professional and easy to speak to, a credit to the company. Aimee, Gabrielle and Megan also had an input and helped with viewing and completing payments and paper work. GoogleI have rented a property through R A Bennett, Stratford upon Avon for 2 1/2 years. Luckily I had a perfect landlord and dealt direct as the response from R A Bennett was poor to non existent. I have recently moved out of the property and still awaiting the return of my deposit. It seems this is common with R A Bennett if you read other reviews here. The landlord sent me an email thanking me for looking after his property and leaving it clean etc, he has also approved the return of the deposit in full. After numerous email to Michel Walden, which most were ignored, still no deposit returned. After contacting the office they inform me that due to an internal error this was why the deposit was not returned and needed a manager to approve, another common excuse used by R A Bennett. Simply not good enough, unprofessional and although admitting fault slow to rectify. Be warned.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWould like to give zero star if system allows me. We meant to move in on Friday and received a phone call 96 hours (within same week) before saying we can no longer move in to the flat as the roof was leaking and need a dehumidifier for two weeks before they can send anyone to fix the issue. No replacement accommodation was offered and said they can refund our deposit (which is disgusting leaving us homeless). I then tried to look for another flat on the website again as I can’t afford to wait for another referencing done by other letting agent. Staff are of lies and one staff said have 10 viewings on the second flat on bank holiday Monday and later in the afternoon another staff saying they have 15 viewings!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hello Wendy, Whilst I do appreciate the frustration this matter will have caused, I do believe it is fair to say that the unfortunate situation with the property, which made it inhabitable, was outside of the control of a letting agent and you were notified as soon as the matter was known to the local team. It would not have been possible for our local team to have chosen for you replacement accommodation as you would need to select this yourself, ensuring you are happy, prior to any application being made to the landlord. Bank holidays are very busy periods for viewings, with most people being of work and the numbers of people looking to move is very high currently. Whilst you may choose not to believe the advise given to you around viewings numbers, I do believe it is unfair to leave such comments about our local team without being in full knowledge of the facts. From valuation to constant communication and updates during the whole sale process, I simply can not fault them in any way; I could not have any higher recommendation for these two ladies. The fact that I sold my second property through them after two months of selling my first one shows their expertise and professionalism - a genuine pleasure to do business with. And they managed to sell both properties on their first day of viewings by having a network of clients and understanding of their needs - and Kristina valued my one property and 11% higher than another local agent and it still sold at full price.
