GoogleAvoid them at all costs. Very unprofessional. They never answer phones/emails. They blackmail you to use their mortgage advisor. Otherwise you will have no chance of getting your offer accepted.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI've recently moved into a new flat managed by R A Bennett. Penny has been incredibly nice and helpful throughout the move in process, keeping me updated of developments and always promptly answering any queries I had. This really helped as I was moving a long way from Edinburgh to Leamington Spa. I had to reschedule my key pick up appointment at short notice due to difficulties travelling and Penny was very accommodating of this. So far it has been the easiest move in to a new rented property that I have experienced. On the first day of my tenancy I had a couple of issues with keys, and Penny really went above and beyond to help me out, coming down to the property personally to make sure the issues were resolved. The other people from R A Bennett that I have spoken to (Amey and William) during the process were also very pleasant to deal with.

GoogleI have had a really great experience letting my property with R A Bennett in Leamington Spa. Amey and Penny have been fantastic - very attentive, extremely organised, reassuring and have answered every question. I’m happy to use a local agency as they have local connections with contractors and know the area really well. They are very professional and found great tenants for me, very quickly. I didn’t have to do anything and could relax knowing that everything was in hand. I’m impressed with how thorough they are at finding and vetting tenants, and how quickly they were able to get viewings booked in and find appropriate tenants! Definitely recommend.
