We are letting our rental cottage via Michael and Chloe in the Stratford branch for the second time - they even came to us just before the last tenancy ended (before we had got around to contacting them) and then got us a tenant within days. They have been helpful and professional dealing with the nightmares of damage left by the previous tenant and suggesting ways around referencing issues which worked for both parties. The team have been great. Krystle O'Brien has been a fantastic mortgage broker. She has been there for us from start to finish. Checking up on us and helping us switch companies half way through when a better mortgage became available to us. Absolute star 2 years ago I bought my house through R A Bennett's.
