GoogleFirst class service exceeding our expectations. Michael and Chloe set the industy standard. Always going the extra mile with a smile. If you call early of late when home time beckons the energy and enthusiasm from this team is fantastic. They deserve 5 stars because they are exceptional and just remove any of your doubt. Today Michael said "I know we are handing you over now the Tenants have moved. Please remember I am here if you need anything chasing up or just to say hello to keep in touch." Great people, great service and great value. These guys are great simply the best.

GoogleBasically I will never use their services again. It all started very good and everything went great until the house sold. After the house sold, it felt like Emma was working for the people buying my house instead of me. Instead of making my life easier she became a nuisance during the selling process. You will be better off with purple bricks as there is no after sales help from their side.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
I am so sorry you feel our branch became a nuisance during the sales progression element of your transaction. We are aware there was a number of emails exchanged with everyone working together to ensure the sale moved forward and dates were agreed that everyone was happy with. This was obviously a little more complicated with this having to be done direct with your seller due to her agent not being involved. We also facilitated multiple different options for you regarding your sale, which ensured you had flexibility with your move date. At no time whatsoever was the favour on the buyers side, our role as an agent is to consider all parties in the transaction but ultimately you are our customer and our focus is always going to be what is best for you. This branch have a very good reputation for ensuring their customers have a full understanding of what is happening during the sales progression. I know the team at the branch will be really disappointed that they scored so low on your review when they felt they had met your needs and expectations. GoogleFirst time moving house, Emma, Russell and the rest of the team made this experience as stress free as possible. Always on hand for any questions, communication was a big plus as I never found getting in touch a problem and the team would regularly update with details. The team remained involved throughout the whole process, chasing solicitors and any other involved parties. GoogleAlthough R. A. Bennett were not instructed by me but were handling the Sale of the property I was purchasing, Emma Franklin was totally fantastic! The estate agent handling my Sale disappeared shortly after my Sale was agreed and Emma became the linch pin between my Sale and Purchase. Even my solicitor told me she had been invaluable during the whole proceedings and the only person he could count on to help him with his problems. I really can't praise her enough. They were professional and courteous, the whole team knew what was going on with both the sale and purchase. Calls were always answered and if not available I would be called back the same day. A refreshing change to use an estate agent who certainly earned their fee. GoogleCustomer service we received from Emma, Russell and Vanessa was simply outstanding. We were kept informed throughout the process and had regular catch ups. The team were always available to talk to whenever I needed to discuss anything. We had a bit of a bumpy ride losing 2 buyers right before the exchange of contract, but the guys resumed active marketing of our property immediately and organised viewings pretty much straight away. We never had to chase feedback, which was great. Emma especially went above and beyond helping us out with negotiating a purchase of our next house and providing very useful advice along the way. She has kept in touch with me regularly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Emma and the team have made this extremely stressful process a lot more bearable. If anybody I know is thinking of selling their house I will definitely be recommending they get in touch with Emma and the team. GoogleBuying a property from the other side of the world (Sydney, Australia) in 6 weeks was always going to be challenging, add Covid lockdowns in the UK, and taxes for overseas investors increasing from 1st April and it seemed like it might not happen by 31 March. But it did! And in no small measure to the irrepressible Sophie Harkness and her equally talented colleague Ellie Ferris. Both ladies went the extra mile to provide pictures and videos of the property, and dealt with the 11 hour time difference ensuring that queries were turned around quickly and I always felt supported. Sophie is always positive, responsive and drives things forward. As Ellie takes over from a Lettings perspective she is getting through the work to prepare the property and find the right tenant. Thank you both, you are a real asset to your company and profession, and I am very grateful for all you have done to make this happen. Best wishes from Down Under!
