GoogleFrom the outset from valuation to completion Ian, Claire and Luke kept me informed at every stage. Professional and courteous, during a difficult year not only with covid restrictions ( mother in care home with dementia)and selling her property, this agency was the only one to follow up my initial enquiry during lockdown and were proactive in getting it on the market as soon as possible after lockdown. GoogleLuke, Claire and Ian were great, they did everything they said they would do and keep us well informed all the way through selling our property and buying another. They made the process very stress free and easy. They always responded to phone calls and emails and it was obvious they updated each other. We never had to chase them and they were a pleasure to deal with. I would 100% recommend them and we will use them again without doubt. We have used a different estate agent in the recent past and they were everything you would not want! GoogleWe viewed a lovely property to rent on a Wednesday in November and submitted our application that day. We then went through the lettings process and after being accepted we were able to pick up the keys the following Friday! Great experience from the initial phone call to book a viewing, through to help with setting up Services and Council Tax once we'd moved in

GoogleWe had the most awful experience with the Leamington Spa branch. Moving is stressful enough and these guys make sure it’s not any easier. Had no hot water due to a boiler fault. After numerous phone calls (if agent looking after your particular property is not in the office noone else will help you) and snotty emails from the property managers I had to actually go into their office to get it sorted. Their manager is a horrible man with an attitude problem, not making it any easier for someone who has to shower in freezing cold water in January. Way to go. On top of that we have been overcharged for first month’s rent. Agent assured it will go back to my bank, but after chasing said it will be deducted from next month’s rent instead. Contractors that they employ are utterly useless. Took over a month and 4 trips to fix broken shower. Broken cold tap took 2 attempts to fix too. Not to mention when you move in you automatically get switched to Spark Energy - also a company full of incompetent staff. They sign you up on the most expensive energy plan & it takes around 3 weeks to switch to a new provider. So you will have 3 weeks worth of energy at extortionate rates. BEWARE! So please if you can avoid these guys - make sure you do so and save yourself the stress.

GoogleWe live overseas and had to depend upon R A Bennett taking care of the sale of our property in Leamington Spa. From the outset they were extremely helpful and professional and took care of many issues relating to the property which they were not obliged to do under the terms of our agreement. The staff were all incredibly efficient and prompt in responding to any communications and even took responsibility for checking the vacant property every week on our behalf. They really did reduce the anxiety and stress - selling the property when we lived overseas would have been much more difficult without their excellent help, support, reassurance and constant feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend R.A. Bennett in Leamington Spa to any potential sellers/buyers of property. The provide a first class service and excellent customer care.

GoogleI dealt with Michael and I have to say he went above and beyond to secure a rental property for me and my dog at short notice. I was overseas at the time and trying to get home amidst pandemic rules and regulations and time was of the essence. Michael’s communication was excellent. I was kept informed the whole time as to where we were at in the process and how he was expediting matters. Michael was professional and friendly and sought to reassure me constantly that he would do everything possible to make things happen in the timeframe we had. TrustpilotLandlords find another managing and letting agent
I have been a Landlord for over 25 years and my experience with R A Bennett as managing and letting agents has been very disappointing. They are not very responsive to emails and seem to have too many people handling different aspects of the end to end process. They have arranged for repairs where they have not chosen the best contractors so that same work or repair has been done multiple times. The last two tenants they found were awful and I am required to spend thousands in repairs and redecorating costs.

Their representative turned up to value my property and didn’t appear to have any knowledge of the area and properties in it. She actually asked me what I thought my property was worth then proceeded to give me a very low valuation without even looking at the outside area.Very unprofessional in my opinion.
