GoogleHaving tried to get a place in Shipston-on-Stour via another estate agent and ending up very disappointed with the pace of turnaround, R.A. Bennett - and Michael in particular - delivered the goods at a rate of knots and in spite of the fact that my paperwork is/was somewhat idiosyncratic.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback and 5* review! I will make sure your kind comments are forwarded to our local team and their Regional Director. Best wishes, Scott

GoogleDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Absolute charlatans what a shambles. Really quick to take your money as a prospective customer. Awful at giving it back. After leaving our rental property absolutely pristine I've had to wait what will be 6 weeks, after multiple emails, phone calls and confirmation from my landlord on 3 separate occasions to release the deposit to us, this has still somehow evaded the personnel at RA Bennet. There only seems to be the manager that can release deposits, so I've been told I'd have to wait for her to be back in office. I've been told I and my wife have to send separate confirming email's for the account for the funds to be released too, yet when we did this and my wife replied in CC, this was not good enough. Excuse after excuse as to why this could not be done. Not even worthy of 1 star. JOKE of an estate agent.
Hi Alex, I am sorry to read about your experience and as such would like to encourage you to contact use via review@countrywide.co.uk. with further details, should you wish to discuss further. Kind regards, Scott

GoogleR.A.Bennett were not our estate agents we sold with. However, in the end they offered us more support than the estate agents that we used. Emma Franklin was so proactive in the sale if she had not continuously stepped up when she did we would not be moving. No stone was left unturned . She drove the whole sale through to exchange to make it happen, as the conveyancee firm we used nearly derailed the whole sale....shout out to Russel as well.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this amazing 5* review. I will of course ensure your kind words are passed on to the team. Kind regards, Lucy

GoogleKrystle is an oustanding mortgage advisor. She spent a great deal of time both with me and without researching the best options and deals for me and my finances. She guided me through the mounds of paperwork with patience and clarity, and constantly kept me updated with the progress of the application. I would recommend Krystle without hesitation to anyone looking for a new mortgage or to remortgage. She is professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional in her practice.
Thanks for leaving a amazing 5* review of your experience with our dedicated team. Your recommendation is appreciated. Best wishes, Lucy

GoogleI have just sold a house through Bennett's and the service I had from Emma and her team was excellent. They chased solicitors, purchaser and even me when required. It was not an easy sale as the chain broke and then my buyers pulled out but they got another buyer quickly and kept me informed of progress. Thank you Emma, Russell and all from Bennetts sales department.
Thank you for your 5* review of our local team. I will of course make sure your kind words are passed onward. Best wishes, Scott

GoogleWe would highly recommend Emma and the team in Stratford. This was the third time we have used them to sell our house and they always deliver above our expectations. They sold our house within 2 weeks of being on the market with them. Krystle has also done a fab job with our mortgage. She went out of her way to sort it very quickly as we were on a time scale. A massive thank you from Ben and Emma.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing from start to finish. Emma is fantastic and really went above and beyond for us during our sale to ensure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate in recomending them and using them again in the future. Kept us up to date throughout the process and even was contactable out of hours to help out. We didn't have to chase for feedback after viewings at all. Extremely professional and a great team! Thank you to Russell and Vanessa too! A really great team and service, keep it up!! Thank you for everything.
